Lake Kuttara tours

We set foot in Hokkaido for the first time in 2005, and this time we joined a 1-day local tour via Klook. We are grateful for the great weather today, the well-arranged itinerary highlights, and the relaxed pace. We plan to continue using Klook when we go to Okinawa next year. Also, our tour guide today, Jenny, was very attentive and a great communicator. Managing a group of 40 people today is not easy, but she handled it tactfully and effortlessly. Furthermore, Jenny has strong language skills, being able to explain clearly in both English and Mandarin (her native tongue) with a well-organized delivery that made it easy for us to understand clearly. My wife and I give both the itinerary and Jenny a 5-star rating today. Finally, thank you, Jenny, for leading today's tour. 🤝

Onze reisleider Oscar was zeer informatief en sprak alle deelnemers heel goed toe in het Mandarijn, Japans en Engels. Ik kan deze excursie niet genoeg aanbevelen en raad ten zeerste aan om medio oktober te boeken om de prachtige herfstkleuren te zien terwijl het weer helder en mild blijft. De hele dag door zijn er ook volop mooie fotomomenten!

Ik geniet echt van deze tour en raad hem ten zeerste aan als je verschillende gebieden/plaatsen in Sapporo wilt verkennen. Ik heb hier veel meer van genoten dan van de kersenbloesemtour van gisteren. Onze gids Xixi is ook goed bekend met het gebied en ik waardeer het dat ze benadrukte hoe laat we terug moesten zijn bij de bus. Ze heeft ook mooie foto's van me gemaakt. Het weer was ook mooi, wat bijdroeg aan de goede tour. Misschien kom ik hier terug met familie en boek ik deze tour opnieuw. Bedankt Klook 🥰

Lovely, well timed itinerary with lots of helpful links and info from Kundan. The late start was greatly appreciated. The two guides (EN: Kundan, KR: Bang) on board were wonderful to talk to and our driver Harimotoさん drove very smoothly. I don't take pictures of myself so I mostly took photos of the scenery and one of Kundan :) Would love to take another tour with TourStory in the future.

Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories & that’s so much better than reading articlesssss about Hokkaido history & culture. Wish we can have 30mins more at Otaru to take a slow stroll to soak in the beautiful town.

Ik heb een geweldige tourervaring gehad! Alles was goed georganiseerd, plezierig en overtrof onze verwachtingen. Een speciaal woord van dank aan meneer Kevin voor zijn uitstekende en flexibele begeleiding als reisleider. Hij was vriendelijk, attent en zorgde er altijd voor dat iedereen zich tijdens de hele reis comfortabel voelde. Wat ik vooral waardeerde, was hoe hij op elke locatie prachtige foto's van ieder van ons maakte, zodat we onvergetelijke herinneringen aan de tour konden vastleggen. Zijn professionalisme, geduld en toewijding maakten de ervaring echt extra bijzonder. We bevelen deze tour ten zeerste aan en zijn meneer Kevin dankbaar dat hij er zo'n onvergetelijke reis van heeft gemaakt. Hartelijk dank!

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Hong, was very polite and thoughtful. She introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, explained each attraction, and highlighted special limited-edition items. She also thoughtfully reminded us of things to pay attention to. Additionally, we had another guide, HK Kelvin, who provided heartwarming explanations in Cantonese and even helped everyone take photos with a professional camera. He patiently discussed the features and usage tips for skincare products with us. We truly had a very enjoyable day.
