Tour guide Lin received us, very meticulous and gentle. It was a last-minute trip, but it turned out to be unexpectedly good. The scenery is very good, there are 6 attractions in a day, and the itinerary is well-arranged.👍 He takes pictures of me when I travel alone. Knowing that I wanted to go to Yufuin the next day, he kindly arranged my itinerary, and it was a very touching day, very pleasant.😁

AUG. 13, 2026 ✈️ Let's go to Fukuoka ✖️ Marine World Uminonakamichi Good morning! Today, August 13th, is definitely the crucial turning point of this trip‼️ As early as August 6th, when I saw two typhoons forming, 'White Dolphin' had no impact. Although Typhoon No. 15 'Chan-hom' swept across mainland Japan, it seemed to be heading north, so I initially wasn't concerned. However, the day before departure, I checked the weather, and it looked like the path on August 13th might hit Northern Kyushu. I had already prepared myself for a rainy outing today... But to my surprise! On August 8th, I checked the typhoon path again, and the storm circle had shifted directly north, completely missing Northern Kyushu! Today, we were greeted with a super sunny day! Although the UV rays were so strong I could barely open my eyes, the sun is always better than rain. Long live sunny days! ☀️✨ Our first stop today is Marine World Uminonakamichi, and our luck with the itinerary has been incredible: 🦭 Seal Show: We just made it for the 10:40 AM show, the 'only one' of the day – super lucky! 🐧 Penguin Feeding and Explanation: At 11:50 AM, we saw penguins running wildly and even slipping and falling while chasing food. They were so cute it melted our hearts‼️ 🐬 Dolphin Show: The incredibly powerful dolphin sounds combined with their cool surfing tricks were truly amazing (◐‿◑) However, it was really, really hot today! After much consideration, we decisively decided to skip the vast outdoor Uminonakamichi Park and head straight to Tenjin for some air-conditioned shopping! 🛍️

The tour guide Mr. Cho is an amazing person. He is so happy-go-lucky and always ready to help everyone. He waits for you if everybody is rushing and you are left behind. He takes care of the group very well, and we had an amazing day. The tour is organized very well, and all the points are worth visiting.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but teamLab Forest exceeded my expectations. The interactive displays made me feel like I was part of the artwork, and every area had its own unique charm. The visual effects were incredible, and it was easy to lose track of time while exploring. It’s a great mix of entertainment, art, and technology. One of the most memorable attractions I visited in Fukuoka!

The Little Pig Experience Museum conveys the concept of life. It's more convenient to book in advance on Klook. Many of the piglets have grown up quite a bit, but animal lovers will still enjoy interacting with the animals.

During my 3-night, 4-day trip to Fukuoka with my mom, I was looking for activities on our third day, which was entirely dedicated to Tenjin. I found a yukata/kimono experience and decided to sign up! I initially considered a kimono, but since it was June 1st, they switched to yukatas. It's definitely hot in Japan, so I think the slightly thinner yukata was a better choice. I booked the first slot at 9 AM and arrived a little early, about five minutes before, but they said the doors wouldn't open until exactly 9 AM, haha. So, while waiting, I saw a sign on the door advising to use the restroom beforehand, which I did. We then entered a little after 9 AM when they opened. I chose the Premium Deluxe Plan, and for the yukata, I picked from the Premium and 'One Star' options. Surprisingly, the 'One Star' ones seemed a bit prettier, so my mom and I each chose one from there. For hair, as per blog reviews, 'Two Star' options were available. I had already looked at some styles, so I went with 'Two Star' option #1. Since we were among the first three groups, we quickly put on the white inner garment, and then they did our hair. It was a braided style pulled to the side, and they asked which side I preferred, so I asked for the left. My hair turned out so incredibly beautiful that I was extremely satisfied. After the hair was done, we could choose hair ornaments. There were some free, round, candy-like ones, and then some prettier flower ones that cost an additional 500 yen. I just went with the free round one, haha. Still, I was satisfied! They also fitted the yukata well to my height, and for bags, the free options weren't particularly pretty, just plain, so I didn't pay extra. For shoes, I would have worn wooden clogs if they had been a bit softer, but they were completely hard wood, so we just wore our sneakers and walked around, making sure our feet weren't visible in photos. Also, it was so hot that we were going to use our own parasols, but then we thought, 'Since we're doing this, let's use theirs!' so we rented one for 500 yen, and I'm satisfied with it, haha. It matched the outfit so well and looked great in photos! We started at 9 AM, and after everything, we finished around 10 AM. We didn't plan on wearing it for too long, so we returned it before 12 PM. The photos turned out so pretty, and it was such a unique experience! I highly recommend it! 👍🏻

I signed up for this tour because it allowed me to thoroughly explore Karato Market, Mojiko, Kokura Castle, and Dazaifu all in one day during my trip to Fukuoka! Since I was traveling alone, I was even more pleased that it was a tour I could join as a single participant 😊. When I actually went, I noticed there were more families and couples than I expected! At first, I was worried it might feel a bit awkward being alone, but once I joined, it wasn't uncomfortable at all, haha. I think solo travelers can join without any hesitation. It was really fun at Karato Market, where I could pick and choose various sushi to eat 🍣. There were so many options, which made choosing enjoyable, and I really got to experience the atmosphere of a local Japanese market. Mojiko had such a beautiful, retro vibe! Especially in front of the banana statue, the guide even took photos for me, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler 📸. When you're traveling alone, it can be surprisingly difficult to get good photos even in beautiful places, but thanks to the guide, I was able to get some great souvenir photos from my trip, haha. Kokura Castle and Dazaifu were also included in the itinerary, allowing me to see major tourist attractions all at once. I also liked that I could shop at Don Quijote! When traveling in Japan, there are so many things I want to buy, and not having to carry my shopping bags around meant I could comfortably enjoy the rest of my itinerary 🛍️. Finally, being able to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine allowed me to truly soak in the atmosphere of a Japanese trip ⛩️. If I had tried to visit these places alone using public transportation, moving around would have been cumbersome, and planning the itinerary wouldn't have been easy. But with the tour, it was much more convenient to see multiple places. Plus, having a Korean-speaking guide made it easy to understand the explanations! Joining alone wasn't daunting at all, and it turned out to be even more fun than I expected. Next time, I'd love to do it again with my friends as a group~! 🥰 I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy a fulfilling day trip from Fukuoka! 🇯🇵🍣✨
