Pass eligibility

• Free for up to 2 children aged under 5 per a paying adult
• Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product
• Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied

How to use

• After confirmation, a URL will be sent to your registered email
• Once you have accessed the URL, simply click the "Activate" button on the dedicated site
• Present the ticket screen on your browser to the attendant at a manned ticket gate. You cannot pass through automatic ticket gates
