Kyushu Beppu & Yufuin 1 Day Bus Pass (FUK Airport Pick Up)

Surprisingly easy to redeem and use. I can use this pass to visit all the 7 Hells of Beppu and also to do a short visit to Beppu City to/from Yufuin. It would be better if there is a 2-Day option.

This time I bought a one-day bus ticket to Beppu. Very convenient. It is a must-buy when visiting Beppu Hell Hot Springs. You can get your money's worth by taking three or more rides. Just show the one-day ticket to the driver when you get off the bus.

2014.9.22 Beppu Jigoku Onsen Trip ~ It happened to thunder and rain early that morning, and the Beppu Cable Car was not open, so I had to go to Jigoku Onsen for half a day. Although it was a pity that I didn’t use the bus to the cable car, the Jigoku Onsen room was very useful. Conveniently, there are 7 hot springs in total, two of which are in another place. There is no problem with the connection, but it takes a long time to return to the station. There may be too many tourists, but fortunately it does not delay the subsequent trip.

It is very cost-effective to go to Yufuin + Zoo for a day trip, but I booked Yufuin Forest too early on the return trip, so I didn't get to soak in the hot springs. Beppu Hell is worth a visit, but Yufuin is too touristy, full of people and not that beautiful. It is best to check the bus schedule and route in advance, it is easy to miss the bus and wait for a long time.

Since Yufuin and Beppu have a somewhat rural feel and not many means of transportation, there are almost no subways and most of the time you have to travel by bus. It would be good to be able to drive a car, but for those who can't rent a car, it would be better to use the bus since it's less inconvenient and cheaper than paying for each bus.

I bought it first when I went to Japan. I only need to buy it one day in advance. It is convenient to buy and easy to use. It is cheaper than buying it locally. After redeeming it, scratch it off to select the date and show it to the driver when you get on the bus.
