we had a great experience on this tour! the itinerary was spaced out just right for you to be able to do what you need in each stop. we also got very lucky that Fuji-san showed up that day. shoutout to our guide Dylan for making sure that everyone’s experience was enjoyable and comfortable!

It was a thoroughly well organised tour. Our guide (Tim san, as seen in the 6th photo holding a pink panther ‘flag’) was extremely polite, helpful, and engaging. He recommended many dos and donts, which were cherry on the cake. Even the lady bus driver was sweet and professional. Overall, we had a great time, and would highly recommend booking this service.

We were picked up in front of our hotel around 07:00 in the morning. Our driver, Qi, was very kind and helpful. With the nice weather, we had a wonderful day. On the way back, we were dropped off right at our hotel. Thank you for the well-organized experience.

Tommy was a great tour guide, always willing to lend a helping hand. unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best the day we came, but still had a good time looking at all the beautiful sites. Would definitely recommend this tour!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making the trip so memorable Tim! Highly recommend! 😊✨

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best the day we went, but other than that I enjoyed the tour! Our tour guide Jack was extremely friendly, patient & had so much insight and facts to tell us on the drive. And the views were also incredible, even with the rain & fog/clouds.

It was a great adventure for us, we were definitely one with nature today. The weather did not work well for us, because of Typhoon Champi we were not able to ride the ship or the cable car and we also weren't able to do as much with the rain and wind. Still Yaya our tour guide was Awesome. She explained things really well and laid out all information for us clearly. She kept people accountable to be on time back at the bus out of respect for others. I believe she did a great job even though the weather was not helpful. I would definitely go on a tour with Yaya as our tour guide again.

The tour guide (Virginia) was incredible!!!! She was always looking after everyone in the tour. She also explained in detail all the different points of interests, locations, and she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this tour. it is totally worth it, you won’t regret it!! | ¡¡¡La guía turística (Virginia) fue increíble!!! Estuvo siempre pendiente de todos los integrantes del grupo. Además, explicó detalladamente los distintos puntos de interés y lugares visitados; demostró tener muchos conocimientos y estuvo preparada para responder a todas nuestras preguntas.
