• Mount Fuji Weather Reminder: Mount Fuji's visibility is affected by weather and clouds, and we cannot guarantee that a complete view of Mount Fuji will be visible on the day. Especially in summer (June to August), visibility is usually lower.
• If viewing Mount Fuji is an important purpose of your trip, please be sure to check the local weather and visibility more than 24 hours before departure, and adjust your itinerary in a timely manner. This itinerary can be cancelled or the date changed free of charge more than 24 hours before departure.
• If local authorities have not issued weather safety warnings or notices of complete road closures, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and we cannot cancel the trip solely because Mount Fuji is obscured by clouds or because it is raining.
• The weather is an uncontrollable natural factor. If you are unable to see Mount Fuji on that day, please consider the weather factor and our service quality separately when leaving a review. Thank you for your understanding!
• Traffic Notice: Severe traffic congestion may occur on weekends and Japanese public holidays, and travel times may be significantly extended. The times shown on the page are only estimated times under normal traffic conditions. • Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
