Το σύστημα δεν έδωσε καμία πληροφορία για τον οδηγό και δεν ήταν δυνατή η αποστολή μηνύματος ή η συνομιλία με τον διαχειριστή. Ο οδηγός άργησε 5 λεπτά, προκαλώντας λίγη ανησυχία για την εύρεση του οδηγού.

Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Andrew was an absolute delight and extremely welcoming. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging. Our friends have the same tour booked under our recommendation so hopefully they get Andrew! Only thing that could be improved would be the timing - it was quite tight but through no fault of the tour guide. We were in a larger group and there were people lagging behind (e.g. hopping off the bus slowly ~10min wasted) and multiple times people were late to the bus (the same group were 10min late and decided to change on the bus and hold us all back, and on another occasion a man was 15min late to the bus). In total we probably wasted 30min due to these customers but Andrew remained kind and engaging the entire time. A small suggestion would be to enforce the time limit and remind them sternly, because it was quite unfair for the other paying customers on the same bus. However this tour was definitely worth every cent and Niagara was absolutely stunning.
