JR Tower Observatory T38 tours

We joined the tour on 21 August 2025, and our guide, Lisa, was outstanding. She is very professional and speaks fluent Mandarin and English, and even communicated smoothly with the driver in Japanese. Throughout the trip, she introduced us to famous attractions and local foods in Hokkaido, guided us with clear instructions, and made the whole journey enjoyable. We especially loved her thoughtful idea of having a picnic at Lake Toya, where we could enjoy lunch while admiring the view of the “mini Mount Fuji.” It was truly a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful for her excellent guidance.

The tour was awesome! The walk to the edge of the cliff was worth it as the view was truly breathtaking! On top of that the tourguide (Zhou) was very informative in giving us the history and backgroud of all the stop overs in this itinerary! He was also very engaging and knowledgeable and gave us good tips on other spots and restaurants to try in the future!

The Hokkaido city tour was a whirlwind of beauty, history, and trying to keep up with Vivi our turbo charged tour guide! Vivi is amazing: super knowledgeable, super friendly, and speaks at the speed of light. I think I caught about 70% of what she said… the rest was a high, speed blur of fun facts and enthusiasm. Time was tighter than my jeans after sushi night😜we were late (like, embarrassingly late), but Vivi waited for us like a patient angel with a schedule to conquer. Despite the hustle, we saw so much and laughed a lot. Just bring comfy shoes and fast ears, you’ll need both!

Very worth it to have a customize itinerary in Sapporo's icy road, We had fun going toe Furano and Biei. We had to drop 1 of our designated place since we might go over 10 hrs but it's understandable since driving in Sapporo's icy road is difficult also and considering traffic. It's also convinient to have a custom pickup and drop off point. Just need to take note of peak season fee on top of this current price point. Driver was also very helpful! took pictures of us and suggested we might go overtime if we went through all our itinerary designations.

Asahiyama Zoo is huge as compared to other winter zoos I visited. The time allotted for this trip is just sufficient. The problem is that a hefty number of animals were not put in their cages for the public to see. Shirahige Falls was mind-blowing! <3 This is my fav part of this itinerary, so I kinda felt like 20 mins wasn't enough. Biei Pond was just so-so. I wasn't amused nor hated it. It was just frozen all over with a blue led light hitting the pond. I'm curious as to why we had to spend 10 more minutes in here than in the falls. One thing I didn't like was that we were situated at the back of the bus. The view was obstructed (we weren't able to enjoy the mountain views during the bus ride), & we technically had lesser time to spend in visiting the places. It was also my fault for misunderstanding that we won't be dropped off to where we were picked-up, so we had to walk for 1km to our hotel during a snowfall. Lastly, a few things to note: - Iwamizawa Service Area was full of filthy trash! I do hope they address this as it's something I didn't expect from Japan. - The tour guide can't speak English but tried his best to communicate.

a great tour. especially if you like flowers! lots of colourful flowers! the countryside is beautiful. our guide Xixi was friendly, helpful, and informative. and she managed our group well, keeping everyone safe and together.

I purposely chose the pick up time at 5.50pm so to catch the sunset. The driver, Mr Nakamura waited at our hotel lobby on time and spoke simple English. He handed out a detailed instruction in English and everything went well. We had a great night and took many memorable photos.
