Very budget friendly. While the hotel is located away from the city, it is right in front of a tram station so transportation is not a problem.

Get your pass easily by simply presenting your Exchange Order to redeem your JR ticket and reserve your seat. You can start using it from the first day of travel. However, there is no exchange location at Sendai Airport Station; you must go to Sendai Station, 2nd floor, next to the JR ticket purchase area to redeem it. Redemption Location and Details:

Make sure to choose a room type with breakfast included when booking. This time, I added it on the spot, and the breakfast was fantastic, with revolving sushi and all-you-can-eat seafood.
