Clark Horse Garden tours

We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

The tourguide is very easy to speak with and has patience even though other people are not going back to the bus on time. I had a great tour. I would recommend this tour to explore the famous spots in Hokkaido.

Lin was my guide and his service was above and beyond! The tour was a great way for you to visit every location at the ease of navigating yourself with Lin providing sufficient information of the location. I enjoyed myself.

We really loved this tour, although it’s a long drive going there but it’s all worth it. We loved seeing the live Penguins from Asahiyama Zoo, the Snowmobile experience was the best!!!! The lone Christmas Tree is sooo aesthetically nice and lastly the Nigle Terrace was beautiful especially at night. I wish we had more time. Thanks klook!

really recommed. more comfortable like privacy one with just a small group. tour guide translate english to me even all the people was chinese group. i really satisfied. the time gave also for me enough for walking around not too rush. really satisfy. goood!!! the scenery along the journey is also beautiful.

Masa was an excellent guide! The tour was perfect. I went alone but Masa explained everything perfectly so you won't get lost and get back in time. We managed to get to all the places even with the snowstorm! Thank you Masa and the driver for the wonderful trip 🥰 would recommend the tour!
