The guide was friendly and contacted me the day before. He spoke mandarin. The drive to the snow park was 1hr there. we enjoyed our time very much and the ski rental set Inc jacket, pants, gloves, helmet, skis/ snowboard. we had to return to the car at 4pm. there's a cafe there with a varied menu and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Huahua, during our trip to Mt. Rokko. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and he made the whole journey easy and enjoyable. Since we were only two families on the tour, the day felt just right and personalized. The kids especially had a great time, and we appreciated that the other family chose to stay overnight at the onsen, which allowed us to head back to Osaka earlier than scheduled. It was a blessing, especially with the cold weather and how tired we all were.

This is a very good tour for you to know more about the places of interests in Kobe. The tour guide Tin is very helpful, gentle, soft spoken and friendly. His command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely good.
