The location is super good: right next to the bus terminal and JR station, and it is also convenient to eat: Chaoshi Izakaya, Nemuro Hanamaru, Clown Burger are all nearby, the price is cheap and reasonable, the service is excellent, and you can also take a hot spring bath at night

The location is first-rate, right outside the JR station; close to the morning market; close to the bus station and the tram. The izakaya nearby is open until 10 o'clock, so you can have a midnight snack. The city scenery is beautiful, and you can see the morning market, the harbor, the red brick warehouse, Mount Hakodate, etc. The view outside the large bath on the rooftop is great, the coffee is delicious, and there are plenty of sofas where you can sit back and enjoy the view. The breakfast is great value, delicious, and there are many kinds of sashimi, it is a must-try.
