Tsurugaoka Hachimangu tours

We had a wonderful day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima with our guide. He was young, friendly, and spoke both English and Chinese, which made everything very easy. The tour was very well organized, and he was always punctual and easy to contact on WhatsApp. He showed us beautiful places in Kamakura, including a traditional temple, lovely sakura, and even a hidden pond. One special moment was taking a local train and stopping to take photos from the same view as a famous anime scene. We also visited the Great Buddha, then took the train to Enoshima and walked to the island. Everything was beautiful, and the information he shared was very useful. He was also always happy to answer our questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a beautiful, well-organized, and enjoyable tour.

The entire itinerary was incredibly smooth and packed with activities, allowing us to experience many wonderful sights and local specialties in just one day. Throughout the trip, tour guide Liu Bin patiently explained the historical background, cultural stories, and interesting local information for each attraction. This made the journey not just sightseeing, but a rich and meaningful cultural experience. He also thoughtfully attended to our needs, whether it was scheduling, route selection, or taking photos, making us feel very cared for and impressed by his professionalism. This day of travel was relaxing and enjoyable, leaving us with many beautiful memories. We sincerely thank tour guide Liu Bin again for his hard work and enthusiastic service, and we wish him all the best in his work. We hope to have the opportunity to join another one of his wonderful tours in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Day Trip from Tokyo – Highly Recommend This Kamakura and Enoshima day tour was outstanding from start to finish. The itinerary was well-paced and thoughtfully planned, giving us enough time at each stop without feeling rushed. Highlights included Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, strolling Komachi-dori Street, the serene beauty of Hasedera Temple, and seeing the Great Buddha up close, truly iconic. Ending the day in Enoshima was the perfect contrast, with coastal views, shrines, and ocean paths that made the experience even more memorable. Transportation was smooth, timing was spot on, and the self-guided structure gave us flexibility while still being very organized. Everything ran exactly as advertised. No negatives, this was a great value and an easy, stress-free way to see some of the best sights outside Tokyo. I would book this again without hesitation.

Niklaus is an excellent guide. He communicates in English and Chinese, and as a Korean, I found his English to be very fluent and easy to understand. He drives fast but safely, and the van had very comfortable seats with plenty of legroom. The tour is well-organized, including Kagoshima and Yokohama's night views. Before entering Enoshima Shrine, try the Tako Senbei (octopus cracker, about 600 yen) that the Japanese line up for. I don't think they sell it anywhere else. If you want to save time or don't want to walk uphill, you can take the paid escalator for 300 yen. The observatory is 800 yen, but I probably wouldn't go again next time, since you can see the ocean view from everywhere else. In Yokohama, be sure to visit the observatory on top of the shopping mall near the station! After sunset, enjoy the street food in Chinatown. Niklaus's driving skills and his ability to navigate the roads allowed us to arrive in Shinjuku early, and we were even able to go see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building laser show!

The views along the way were beautiful even on a rainy and cloudy day that I went. Alex, our tour guide was very helpful, clear with instruction in both English and Chinese. Enoshima island was so beautiful, lots of different locations to take pictures and enjoy time.

Our guide 詹杰 was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights throughout the tour. His enthusiasm was contagious, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. His expertly navigated us through each location, ensuring we didn't miss any key details. We truly appreciated his friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all our questions. It was a thoroughly enriching and memorable journey, thanks to his exceptional guidance.

This tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide was Koji , he made our trip most memorable, funny and enjoyable! He never once pressured us, nor made us feel stressed, everything was according to schedule and he answered everyone's questions throughly! The trip has been enjoyable - you got to visit the Hachiban shrine, Enoshima, (kamakura) and Yokohama night view altogether! Our guide Shu is 100/100, he speaks multiple languages fluently and does not hesitate to tell you about JP culture while being patient at the same time. Only downside was that we came across the golden weekend in JP and it was really crowded throughout so we have to skip Enoshima tram.
