A must-visit attraction. As soon as you exit Echigo-Yuzawa Station, you'll see the tourist information center. The staff speaks basic English, and the bus transfers are very convenient. A must-buy.

The travel agency staff are friendly, and the transportation is convenient with direct access to Kiyotsu Gorge, ensuring punctual round trips. It's a great place for taking photos, the design is beautiful, and it's worth visiting.

Mr. Wang, our driver, had excellent Mandarin communication skills, was punctual, and very friendly. We could discuss and adjust the itinerary at any time and he gave us the best suggestions. We had an elderly family member with limited mobility, and he always found the closest drop-off and pick-up locations to the attractions, reducing the walking burden for our elder, which was very considerate. Thank you, Mr. Wang! Touring with elderly family members by hiring a private car was truly relaxing and comfortable. The car was clean, and we highly recommend the private car service!

Our driver today was Kitamura, a wonderful lady. She discussed the itinerary with us in advance and gave recommendations. Her driving was very smooth, and my whole family felt comfortable and satisfied. The weather at Lake Kawaguchi was great today. Thanks to her suggested arrangements, we didn't waste time waiting in line, and our udon lunch went smoothly. It was a wonderful day.

We are very satisfied with the service. Mr. Shindo, the driver, arrived at the hotel punctually, and the vehicle was very comfortable. The two elderly people in our group were also very satisfied. We encountered severe traffic jams, but the driver was flexible and intelligently arranged the route to accommodate all the planned attractions. Our family is very satisfied.

A special thank you to Mr. A Ming, our driver from Ansu Travel! He's a wonderful person, his vehicle is clean, and he's very punctual. He thoughtfully provided us with information about the timing for each attraction and recommended delicious restaurants. We were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji in its full glory that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Mr. A Ming was also considerate of my father's needs, stopping at rest areas for restroom breaks. Highly recommended!
