Super peacful place to stay in. we had a orivate onsen and also we got to see mount fuji because the hotel is located in a very good spot

The voucher stated that the access code and information would be emailed within 24 hours of check-in, but I waited until the check-in date and received nothing, which made me anxious 😓. In the end, I had to contact the staff using the tablet at the hotel entrance. It seems everyone has to be physically present to get the information, and I waited a long time. Although the staff didn't speak English, they were very patient in explaining the check-in procedure.

Worth every penny ❤️ What a luxurious hotel and a great location! It was really good that the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from Odawara - Just remember to email the hotel in advance to book on to both buses! Once at the hotel, the staff were superb, the place was spotless and the food delicious! I would recommended to upgrade your room to have the open air bath! It was definitely worth it!!! The buffet was large and had a variety of western and Japanese offerings, and also included free alcohol which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t use the public onsen, but did make a reservation for the private one so my husband & I could go together! Well worth the 3,000 Yen. Turning to location, yes it looks remote, but you are genuinely a couple of mins from the station of the boat/Ropeway where you can go up and over the mountain and explore other places such as the Hakone open air museum! Wish we stayed two nights!!!

Shiki-no-Yu is great, and the food is Japanese and delicious. The environment is peaceful, and the staff is polite. However, Klook's pricing is not transparent. The order price clearly stated that it included breakfast and dinner, so customers naturally assumed it would be the highly recommended Japanese cuisine from many reviews. But upon arrival, they were told that dinner was ramen, not a Japanese dinner. The hotel staff said this has happened before, with some agents only booking the ramen meal. After communication and paying an additional fee, we were able to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Klook should clarify the pricing, stating the price for the ramen meal and the price for the Japanese meal, allowing customers to choose, to avoid disappointment upon arrival.

Hotel Location: Situated next to Lake Ashi with stunning views. Breakfast: Diverse and offers a wide variety of dishes. Service: Staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfortable. Hot Springs: Both indoor and outdoor pools are available.

Beautiful resort, lovely rooms, great service, huge buffet spread and excellent onsen facilities. Highly recommended!
