This was my first time booking a group tour through Klook, and it was a very different experience from my usual self-guided trips. The tour brought back that pure joy I felt during school field trips as a kid. I not only got to meet different travel companions but also visit more diverse attractions. A special thanks to our lovely and professional tour guide (Tour guide Yuan Yang), whose lively explanations made the whole trip full of joy and surprises. This day left me with wonderful memories, and thank you for your hard work! If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely look for your tours again.

Shiki-no-Yu is great, and the food is Japanese and delicious. The environment is peaceful, and the staff is polite. However, Klook's pricing is not transparent. The order price clearly stated that it included breakfast and dinner, so customers naturally assumed it would be the highly recommended Japanese cuisine from many reviews. But upon arrival, they were told that dinner was ramen, not a Japanese dinner. The hotel staff said this has happened before, with some agents only booking the ramen meal. After communication and paying an additional fee, we were able to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Klook should clarify the pricing, stating the price for the ramen meal and the price for the Japanese meal, allowing customers to choose, to avoid disappointment upon arrival.

It went like clockwork, from being picked up at Shinjuku, the small group and aircon bus to the well managed timing of where we're going, how long we would be there, clues as to what priority order for the attraction and where to meet again. This was all handled well by our Guide, Tony. He also arranged for the necessary tickets for the events. By the end of the day, our driver and Tony dropped us back at our pickup point with our long lasting memories. 10/10. Great.
