On the day of departure, there was a dedicated shuttle service, and clear explanations of important notes were provided along the way. The entire experience was very pleasant and unforgettable! The Evening Rainforest and Glow Worm Half Day Tour in Gold Coast was a truly fantastic experience. In early October, we witnessed a breathtaking abundance of glow worms lighting up the night, creating a magical atmosphere. On our way to Curtis Falls, we spotted a variety of wildlife, including spiders and lizards, which added to the thrill of the adventure. Our guide, Ryan, provided red flashlights that were perfect for the tour, allowing us to see clearly without disturbing the glow worms. The trail itself was easy and enjoyable, suitable for all ages—there were even young children in our group who navigated it effortlessly. Ryan’s knowledge and enthusiasm were exceptional. He provided detailed explanations whenever we had questions about the wildlife and kept the atmosphere light and fun throughout the tour. His humor and great energy made the tour engaging from beginning to end. Overall, this tour combines nature, wildlife, and the magic of glow worms with a friendly and informative guide, making it perfect for families and nature enthusiasts alike.

Really great, a full five-star rating! Picked up right on time at 3:25 AM at the hotel entrance, then the flight was very smooth, and the landing was gentle. Breakfast was arranged at The Star's breakfast restaurant, with a wide variety of choices. Safety: Felt very safe, and the landing was very smooth. Experience: The experience was fantastic. You could see your photos in the shared album around 9:00 AM after landing. Finally, everyone working together to pack up the balloons was also a very special experience.

This was an unforgettable experience. The driver arrived promptly at the hotel at 3:00 AM to pick us up. Some people were late, but thankfully it didn't delay the sunrise. The drive from the city to the hot air balloon launch site took about 45 minutes to an hour. The mountain roads were steep, and the driver was going fast, which felt a little dangerous. The hot air balloon took off around 5:00 AM and was very stable. The staff took photos for us. The basket was a bit high, making it a little difficult to get in and out. There were 21 passengers in the hot air balloon, and the basket felt a bit cramped, but the beautiful scenery made us forget everything. The entire flight lasted about an hour. The pilot had over 30 years of hot air ballooning experience and was very professional. He explained and introduced the area along the way. It was a pity we didn't see any kangaroos. The hot air balloon landed on a farm, and there were many cows nearby, which was very interesting. After landing, everyone worked together to pack up the hot air balloon, and then we headed to the hotel for a buffet breakfast. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 AM, but the meeting time was 8:15 AM, which I thought was a bit rushed. The hotel buffet breakfast ended at 10:00 AM, so we decided to return to the hotel on our own so we could enjoy breakfast properly.

The scenery is beautiful, especially watching the sunrise. Afterwards, having breakfast at the casino's buffet, and they even help with taking photos. Highly recommended.

Pick-up is at 3:30 AM in The Star hotel lobby. The vehicle will make a stop along the way for restroom use. The weather is very cold in the morning, so dress warmly. Upon arrival, staff will show everyone the preparations for the hot air balloon, after which you can climb into the basket. Pants are a must. Chris was our hot air balloon pilot this time, and he's very experienced. The ascent and descent were both very stable. However, don't expect the kind of scene you see in Turkey with many hot air balloons rising and falling together. There aren't any other hot air balloons around, just ours. The weather was great, we were able to see the sunrise and see very far into the distance.
