Fantastic 5.0
It was an amazing experience at Uluru. I got to watch the sunset while enjoying some wine and snacks. When we arrived at the sunset viewing spot, everything had already been prepared for us. There were drinks and lots of food, like pickles, cheese, Doritos, rice crackers, salami, and more. The guide was also so friendly, and he made the bus ride really fun. On the way back after the sunset, he recommended some restaurants in Yulara. Anyway, it was a really great tour, and I had an amazing time at Uluru.

Fantastic 5.0
Lovely experience walking around the Field of Lights and watching sunrise over Uluru. We could also see Kata-Tjuta clearly that morning. Our guide was very enthusiastic in helping us taking photos and showing us around. During sunset there was also hot tea/coffee/chocolate served with biscuits and shortbreads.

Fantastic 5.0
Our itinerary started with watching the sunrise, and everyone received a hot drink and a snack. Since the sunrise viewing spot was quite crowded, we had to walk a bit further to find a good place for photos. After the sunrise, we went to hike the Valley of the Winds at Kata Tjuta. It was very windy along the way, but the scenery was stunning, and we were constantly awestruck by the valley. Afterward, our guide took us to two more viewpoints where we could see Kata Tjuta from a distance, and it looked beautiful against the blue sky and white clouds.

Fantastic 5.0
My boyfriend and I were seated together, but we were assigned to the back, which was a bit of a shame since it was his birthday and we had hoped to sit closer to the front. However, they assigned our seats for us. Even though we were in the second row, we both had window seats and could see the scenery. What made us happier was that the clouds were quite thick that day, and we thought we wouldn't be able to see the sunset or much change in the rock formations. But we were lucky and saw beautiful scenery and a stunning sunset.

The Sunrise was really beautiful and the hotel transportation is on time and they will also offer hot coffee and tea and some cookies the field of light you can spend almost 1 hour taking some photos and the crew can also help you to take the photos and teach you some photography tips to take photos with the field of light. Overall, the experience is really unforgettable and the sunrise with Uluru was really stunning, you must see once in your life!

this was a great tour that I am so glad we were able to book for Uluru. our guides were an amazing part of the tour, and provided us an entertaining and educational experience. I particularly enjoyed their knowledge of geology when they described how Uluru was formed and provided context of the age of Uluru. watching the sunset was simply a magical experience that is beyond words to describe.

I had an unforgettable experience at Uluru with the tour as it was my first time going camping. Our tour guide Daragh is so nice and kind. She carefully took care of us and made us feel warm and welcomed. 10/10 for the tour and 1000/10 for Daragh.

What to know before visiting Alice Springs

Quick snapshot of Alice Springs and what to expect

Alice Springs draws most bookings for tours with a much smaller share for museums, and Klook data shows demand rising and falling through the year rather than staying flat. Activity popularity peaks in October and dips around March, so the city’s rhythm is a mix of steady mid-year interest and a clear spring spike.

Best times to visit based on demand and prices

October is the busiest month according to Klook booking data, while March sees the lightest demand. Prices are not perfectly in step with demand: Klook historically records July as the typically cheapest month for activity prices, while February has been the priciest. For lower prices and fewer crowds aim for July or the quieter months around March–April; if you want peak-season atmosphere and the liveliest tour options, plan for October.

Tips for travellers

Most travellers book activities several weeks ahead: Klook’s aggregate data shows a typical lead time of about 23 days, with many last-minute bookings within a week and early planners booking around 53 days out. If your trip is flexible, you can often book a few days out for many experiences, but during October’s peak consider reserving tours earlier to secure preferred dates and times on Klook.
