Karuizawa tours

I attended with 10 Chinese guests as the only one who could only speak English. It was a bit disappointing that the autumn leaves didn't fully bloom, but I had a great trip looking forward to the next time. Aileen, the guide, is good at English and explained things step by step. After lunch, the meeting was at 13:10, but I mistakenly thought it was at 13:30, so I leisurely looked around, but when I received a KakaoTalk message from Aileen, I ran very hard and was late, so I felt a bit sorry for the others, but I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The driver was the fastest driver I've ever met in Japan... haha

Ryu, the tour guide is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended a local resto when the restos near snow monkey park were full packed, we had our fill to the brim. Took nice vids and pics of our family. Made our first snow experience a very memorable one. Core memory esp for the kids.

The driver brother is very friendly, punctual and responsible. Arrange the itinerary to suit our needs.

Our tour guide Mizki is very informative and responsible. She will explain to us in both languages. She likes to draw some cute illustrations when sharing the stories or information. As Karuizawa and Kawagoe are quite far from Tokyo, majority of the time were spent on travelling. Nevertheless, I had fun and enjoyed myself. I'll be back to these two places again.

Guide Lu was clear in his explanation and well organised. We visited many places including a local fruit stall at Yufuin. Time was a bit short at the various stops but overall, an enjoyable trip. Highly recommended.

The tour is great, especially at the Hikawa clock street, where you can have magnificent view of Fuji san. Yesterday was cloudy so we cannot view Fuji san from Yamanakako. The fireworks at Kawaguchiko is amazing.
