She explained everything clearly and shared interesting information about the places we visited. This was the highlight of our trip to Taiwan. Our tour guide Charlie reached out via WhatsApp two days before to confirm our trip. He arrived early the day of our trip. Charlie started our trip with local fruit He got for us before he arrived. Then took us for a local boba. Charlie went above and beyond and made the tour that much more special. He is very knowledgeable and proudly tells you about every place on the itinerary. He speaks English and Chinese very well. I plan on recommending Charlie to everyone I know taking a trip to Southern Taiwan. Overall it was a great and memorable experience. Thank you Charlie for everything!

The weather was very hot, but thank you for perfectly managing the itinerary. The guide was also kind, and it was a fulfilling tour. I will definitely use Klook again next time.
