Hakone Pirate Ship Tōgendai Port tours

It was my second time visiting Mt. Fuji and I am so fortunate to come upon this tour! My first one was a bit far from the area and lacking, but this tour, through the guide of Kenji-san and safe voyage from Nishida-san made my visit again the best I ever had and most memorable! There was also a personal touch because the map was handwritten and kawaii too (I kept it as memorabilia)! I will definitely recommend this tour and in my honest opinion, no other person would ever deliver a great tour but from someone who is Japanese. Domo arigatou Kenji-san and Nishida-san!

The Hakone-Mount Fuji day trip is coming to an end. Considering the inconvenient and expensive transportation to Mount Fuji and Hakone, I decisively chose this day trip from Japan Roaming Travel Agency. We visited Hakone Shrine and saw the torii gate in the water, took a pirate ship on Lake Ashi, went to Owakudani, ate black eggs, went to Lake Yamanaka to feed swans, admired Mount Fuji up close, and visited Oshino Hakkai. The entire itinerary was well-organized, and the experience was excellent. I would especially like to thank our guide, Sandy Wang, a very patient and handsome guy from Wuhan who loves to smile. His Chinese and English explanations were very professional, and he enthusiastically answered our questions. Along the way, he not only took us to admire the beautiful scenery but also helped us understand the knowledge related to the attractions. I would also like to thank our driver, who is also Chinese. He drove very steadily and worked hard! Next time I come to Japan, I will choose a team led by Guide Wang!

Yuki our tour guide was excellent. She was on time at the meeting point and even contacted us via Whatsapp for the instructions. She was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and able to assist well. I would recommend her services anytime. The trip went well. The driver was not quite polite though and was inconsiderate for request to have a toilet break along the way.

Our tour guide; Ann Tong was very friendly and nice. She made sure that everyone's safe and together all throughout the tour. She also gave us a small gift after the trip which was very thoughtful and cute. I was a solo traveler and can only understand English. She made sure to translate everything for me and also made sure that I didn't feel left out. My only small feedback is: I hope the AC of the van could be improved. It was a bit hot the entire trip. All in all, the entire tour was fun and I would recommend it 🤎 Riding the pirate ship was perfect to enjoy the nice view of Hakone.

This was my second attempt to see Mt Fuji but my first time I went with another tour company. But this tour company took me to better spots. And what a great tour! We got so many great photos of Mt. Fuji….and we were so lucky that it was clear! My photos of Fuji and the Pagoda were worth the whole trip!!! Our guide, Luna, was the best! She was warm, filled with information, and showed us the best spots to take pictures. Her English was excellent and she was a great driver. The best part was that there were only 9 of us on the tour!!! Don’t hesitate…do this tour!

Yuan Yang is an amazing tour guide! From start to finish, he consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. His in-depth knowledge of the attractions, coupled with his ability to explain every detail vividly and engagingly, allowed us to feel immersed in the history and culture. Under his guidance, ordinary attractions became extraordinarily appealing. We weren't just sightseeing; we were enjoying a cultural feast. Yuan Yang's service attitude was also particularly attentive. He carefully addressed the needs of each tourist, answering questions and providing assistance without any perfunctoriness. Furthermore, his organizational skills were outstanding. The entire itinerary was well-organized, ensuring that we never felt rushed while maximizing our time to appreciate each attraction. When unexpected situations arose, he remained calm and quickly found solutions to ensure the smooth progress of our trip. He even chose a route for the return trip that offered a close-up view of Mount Fuji. Yuan Yang was also very approachable, chatting and laughing with us along the way, which quickly narrowed the distance between us. He was like a friend, making us feel warmth and joy during the trip. In conclusion, Yuan Yang is an exceptional tour guide. His professionalism, enthusiasm, attentiveness, and approachability made our trip incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I would not hesitate to choose him as our guide.

It was really good trip! We were lucky to see Mount Fuji atleast 3 times. I am satisfied with the tour and everything went well. Our guide, Augustin was really friendly and accommodating. He ensured that we were all comfortable and shared the stories on Mount Fuji along our journey! Well done!

it was a fun tour. overall a great experience. it was good value for money as you visit five main attractions. The food at the restaurant was nice. good quality wagyu beef for a good price. our English speaking tour guide Tom was great. he was very informative about all the regions. The village was the highlight! I think we will do this trip again.
