Great little place to visit was enjoyable and quiet. Need a few hrs to walk the place, the last exhibit didn’t quite fit in but you will understand when you go there.

Present the Klook QR code at the ticket counter to receive physical tickets. This theme park is fantastic! I regret not renting a costume because it's the perfect place for magnificent photos, as the scenery truly immerses you in old Edo. The park staff are lovely. Don't miss the various shows, especially the Oiran procession (daily schedule available on the park's website). We spent the morning at Toshogu Temple, then from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the park, and that was more than enough time. A MUST-DO! Note: There's a free shuttle from Nikko JR Station. For the return trip, ask the park office to call a taxi to Kosagoe Station (1,500¥) and use your pass to return to Shimo Imaichi Station (you can take the Spacia X by reserving a Limited Express ticket via the TOBU line website – the standard ticket is included with the pass). This is the only place where you'll find customizable Daruma dolls.

Great value for a large room in this lovely town. The onsen has an outdoor area which seems quite neglected & was not full of water nor in use. Some significant holes in the insect screen of my bathroom so I couldn't leave the window open for fresh air. Overall a great stay & wonderful value for money but the place overall needs some maintenance.

I highly recommend this hotel! The service is incredibly friendly, just like a private club. Hotel staff promptly assist with luggage, offer welcome drinks, and a dedicated person escorts you to your room and provides an introduction. Our hotel package included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was served in a private room, featuring 13 exquisite and delicious dishes. During the meal, the female manager even personally came to thank us! The hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and a hot spring area with ample facilities and clean, tidy water. Most guests are Japanese, with very few Western tourists. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is truly wonderful. It's about a ten-minute walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station, right next to the Kinugawa Grand Suspension Bridge. The hotel even has a foot bath where you can soak your feet while enjoying the scenery. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the entire hotel is very clean and well-maintained, feeling quite new. The large public baths switch between men's and women's sections in the daytime and evening, offering a very comfortable bathing experience. The buffet for the half-board plan (dinner and breakfast) has a rich variety of dishes. I will definitely come back to stay here for two days again in the future.

The location is a bit remote; after getting off the bus, you have to walk along a gravel path. However, the advantage is that the environment is truly quiet and secluded. The staff's attitude was excellent, and the overall experience was great. When leaving, you can ask a staff member to help call a taxi, and the taxi can come directly to the entrance, so you don't have to walk on the gravel path again.

The overall room layout is excellent and very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped (though you'll need to bring your own seasonings and oil). The hot spring tub is also large, and the milky white water is very relaxing. There's even an outdoor electric grill for barbecuing. The only minor issue was seeing a cockroach occasionally peek out from the outdoor balcony decking and near the hot spring tub; we just flushed them away with hot spring water. Additionally, KLOOK transferred my reservation to another system, which meant I didn't receive a confirmation email from Rakuten. This prevented me from checking in online beforehand, and I had to spend some time at the front desk calling customer service, filling out forms, and doing a facial recognition check-in. This part was quite time-consuming and inconvenient. If you're booking through KLOOK, be prepared to spend about 30 minutes waiting at the front desk to complete the check-in process and get your access code.
