The quality of dinner and breakfast was excellent, each dish was of a high standard. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a sense of infinity directly overlooking the lake, and the open-air bath is also great.

Every dollar well spent! The experience from stepping into the resort to check out is nothing but great. The staff are very friendly and assisted on the auto check-in kiosk. The buffet spread was awesome. What I love most is the room with an unblocked view of Lake Toya. Next is the onsen with the serene view that truly calm and relax yourself.

The environment is very nice. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor hot springs on the eighth floor of the West Wing have a direct view of the lake. However, since the hot springs alternate between men and women, it's better to book two days if you want to soak in the hot spring while enjoying the lake view. The breakfast is also very delicious. The transportation is a bit troublesome, but this is pretty much the case for all hot spring hotels in Lake Toya.

Great location, right near the station. Because of the heavy rain, the staff let us check in about 20 minutes early. The room window directly faces the mountain, and the scenery is very beautiful. In addition to the public bath, there are also 3 private bathhouses, first-come, first-served, which is very comfortable. After soaking in the bath, there is an unlimited supply of popsicles and Yakult, and there are also many comics to read and 2 massage machines. You can see the scenery from the top floor, and the mountains are very spectacular. The value for money is very high at this price. Next time I go to Furano, I will still choose this hotel.

nothing bad to say. perfect accommodation for budget travellers. rooms and common areas are clean, maybe thin beds but understandable and still comfortable.
