If you are a food lover, you’ll like this tour cause they will give recommendations on where to eat and brief history behind every locations. They also take good pictures for you. This is highly recommended if you are coming to Shinjuku.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everything was well organized, Airi were friendly and welcoming, and the activity was both fun and memorable. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a great experience for guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily do it again!

We had a great experience with Jack. He knows the area well (he lives walking distance) and showed our group all the best places to try and see. He speaks loudly and clearly which is important in a busy market. It would have been overwhelming without him and this tour enhanced my experience visiting this market. Our guide was named Kaki and he was very informative. We had to get used to the English accent though, which was hard to understand at first (we are from Austria). The meeting spot was easy to find with the given directions and the picture. In the bus, we had designated seats. The tour route itself was exactly as described. Kaki explained about the history while we were driving and gave as a tour at each stop, he was very knowledgeable about the area. There was always around 20min at each stop to explore for ourselves. At the Tokyo Tower he got tickets for the whole group for the first observatory deck (included in the tour price), and we skipped the long waiting line. We happened to have visited Sensoji the day before with a guided tour, so we asked if we could just use the 1h time slot to go off exploring on our own and it was no problem. We just met back at the designated time at the bus that was waiting for us at the parking lot.

Really enjoyed the Tokyo City Sightseeing Tour Bus! It was an easy and fun way to see many famous places around Tokyo. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The audio guide was also interesting and easy to understand. We got the 18:50 timeslot and were able to experience sunset. Great experience overall — I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!
