I spent the first day of my first trip to Taiwan with Bongbong Guide, and even my really picky parents loved it, talking about the guide throughout the entire trip. They had so much fun and said it was a great start, saying that the guide was the best they had ever met during their travels. So they told me to remember Indigo and book it next time we travel, repeating it so much it was practically glued to my ears. Especially my mom, who faints if she doesn't eat on time, so I was really worried and booked it, but the food was delicious and they shared helpful tips and recommended great restaurants, so I was very grateful ><. The best thing was Bongbong Guide making the trip enjoyable throughout, and the guide timed the transportation perfectly, so we took beautiful pictures and did all the sightseeing when there weren't many people, and moved just when it got crowded, which was great. I was able to capture the scenery I had imagined perfectly, so it was truly the best day!! I want to go sightseeing with Bongbong Guide again next time I go to Taiwan ㅠㅁㅠ. I hope we can be matched again? I was very worried about my first trip to Taiwan, but I'm so grateful to Bongbong Guide for taking care of every detail, providing a full and fulfilling itinerary, and making it a fun trip. If there are people who are worried about traveling like me, I really recommend Indigo! And the drop-off was at Taipei Main Station and Ximending Night Market, so I really made the most of the day lol. Indigo is the best and Bongbong Guide is the best too. Don't worry and book here!!

Great Itinerary, wonderful guide ( our guide is Eric) and the hotels are amazing. The hotels are either near downtown, or resort style. This is a must join if you are staying in Taiwan for a week or so and want to explore the best of Taiwan

absolutely stunning views and landscapes. mind that you gotta hike a lot - full of stairs at Bijou, but worth every bit. Ah shin was the best guide, he stopped at every point to click pictures for us - oh my, he was such a great photographer as well! well organised daytrip, rest stops at proper frequencies. loved the entire itinerary and especially how the harbour point was planned during the sunset!

First of all, BongBong Guide, you worked so so hard! I don't usually like tours or packages, but while planning my and my mom's first trip to Taiwan, I really wanted to go to Yehliu. So I looked for a tour that departs in the afternoon, thinking it wouldn't take up a whole day and would be less tiring. I read the reviews... BongBong Guide had such great reviews! So I was hoping I could get BongBong Guide if possible, and luckily, I received a KakaoTalk message the evening before the tour with information and restaurant recommendations! On the day of the tour, as expected... it started raining from Yehliu, and it rained heavily in Jiufen, so the bottom of my pants and shoes were all wet ㅠㅠㅠ I was in a very uncomfortable and unpleasant state, but!!!! Thanks to BongBong Guide, it was really fun and I almost forgot about the discomfort. The bus was the best ㅎ He sang songs and gave explanations about the destination in advance, as well as a simple but concise introduction to Taiwanese history! Even after arriving at Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen, he quickly guided us to photo spots, restaurants, and shopping spots, so it was very efficient. That's probably why there were no delays at all~ Ba chi ba chi~ I tend to have low energy, but the guide's bright energy and kindness... were so great and my mom enjoyed it too! I think being a guide is really your calling!!! Acknowledged 👍🏻 Lastly, to BongBong Guide... Work is important, but please take care of your health first so you can continue being a guide for a long, long time!!! I will be cheering you on from Korea! This is most energetic and wholesome trip I have been to in my life. Bessie brings the best energy to show the beauty of Taiwan, she is also so thoughtful and considerate. Definitely recommend this tour to future TW travellers.

I highly recommend the Indigo Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen tour! I was really worried while choosing a tour on Klook, but in the end, I was really satisfied. After reading reviews that it could be physically demanding, I was debating between the Yehliu-Shifen-Pingxi-Jiufen course and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen course until the end, but I chose Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen, and I'm so glad I did! I recommend Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen for those who are physically weak or traveling with elderly people! I think the advantages of Indigo Bongbong Tour are: 1. Clean bus 2. Not boring travel time (Taiwan history stories, etc.) 3. Restaurant recommendations 4. Charging cable provided 5. Bongbong guide's positive energy I went with my elderly relatives and friends, and everyone had a great time. If you've traveled with your parents, you'll know that no matter how good a tour is for you, you'll be worried if the people you're with don't react well, right?
