Overall, a great experience. Staff were very helpful and informative. The food through room service was also nice. location is close to parks. We will visit again when we return to Ubud, Bali.

We stayed here for 3 nights and even tried their floating breakfast, perfect for the experience only. The aircon is not that cold but luckily it is the rainy season when we went there, other than that, everything is fine, the staffs are nice

Good location, close to the Kingdom, temples, and Ubud Market. There are also many places for light foot massages, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included and you can choose from 3 types (Continental, American, Indonesian). We used a family room with 4 beds and it was great for 4 adults. It can be a bit noisy due to the road, but the room we stayed in was quiet and comfortable (2 nights). The hot water was very good and the water quality was good as well. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful morning. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it can be a bit difficult to move luggage at first, but you can get help with your luggage (a small tip would be nice). Overall, everything was great.

The place is very nice, and the view from our room is relaxing and peaceful. The staff are approachable and accommodating. They even welcomed us warmly even though we arrived later than the usual check-in time. The food was good, and the internet connection was reliable. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. cleanliness: very clean breakfast:good hotel location: accessible to all
