I chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location—right in the heart of Kuta, just across from the beach and in the middle of the market. However, the hotel itself felt outdated, and we were assigned rooms at the far end of their Bali wing, which meant a long walk from the main entrance. One of our rooms had a significant moisture issue, making it feel as though the floor was leaking. We requested a room change, and while this was granted immediately (suggesting the staff was already aware of the problem), we were moved to a different floor instead of being accommodated near our other room. The hotel didn’t offer an upgrade, which made the experience less convenient, especially with the time wasted packing and relocating.
The breakfast was average, with standard options, and while the free coffee was disappointing, we did find a better alternative with their paid coffee machine. The pool is a highlight, but the view of the beach is obstructed by numerous small shops, which detracts from the overall experience.
