booked me and my sister for kimono rental and hairstyle. shop was super busy but staff were soo friendly even though we were a bit late to our appointment. staff were super helpful especially when figuring out how to pair all the accessories with the kimono(since it can be a bit overwhelming with all the options). me and my sister had so much fun, would definitely do again !

During our trip to Kyoto, renting a kimono and having a photoshoot with Kimono Rental Mocomoco truly became one of the highlights of our visit. the selection of kimono is impressive and the whole experience was too notch. The hairstyle and make-up were beautiful and they last for the whole day despite the wind and rain! Highly recommended: the staff was super polite and professional. Thanks again for the great experience!

An adorable staff and all very attentive, magnificent kimonos (including one with cat designs), an incredible hairstyle in just a few minutes. Well worth the price even if you don't keep the kimono all day, even if you find something a little cheaper elsewhere I advise you to come here to take your most beautiful photos.

This was the highlight of our time in Kyoto, I had been looking forward to this experience and it did not disappoint. We loved dressing up in the traditional clothing and walking around before the Tea Ceremony to take photos. We then took photos after too. The attention to detail from the ladies getting us ready was amazing. During the Ceremony Yuna and Wei answered all of our questions too. A wonderful experience. I really reccomend.

It was AWESOME ❤️‍🔥! I arrived early and was seated right away. The ladies were very welcoming and very kind 🥺. There was a lot of choice of kimono, all beautiful 🤩🥰! Very nice shop, I recommend!! Several ladies helped me put on my kimono before giving me a very beautiful hairdo with ornaments. Shoes and a bag of my choice were also provided 🥰. My things were kept at the shop while I enjoyed the area. Don't hesitate. Go there, it's a great brand 10/10❤️
