Sonrika was our driver for the day. He arrived at our hotel promptly, and confirmed the destinations we wanted to visit. He used translation apps to communicate with us, and always remained transparent with us throughout the trip. The driver assisted us with buying tickets for the Ine Boathouse ride and the Amanohashidate cable car/chairlift ride. The commute was 4 hours overall (2 hrs both ways), but it was a smooth journey. Our family had a great experience due to the driver's assistance.

What a great experience. First, Our tour guide, Irikawa Emiko was really amazing. She's very accommodating, really kind & has good knowledge. She took care of us very well. She did know what she's doing and really know what we need. The tour and itinerary was spot on. We were always on time but we're not rushing. It was so organize and so fun.

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

The operator contacted us a day before, and the process was very organized. The only problem was that we did not realize the driver could only speak in Mandarin. I did not notice that when I was booking the tour, so that is something to be aware of. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Visiting this city for the first time has been awesome, especially with our tour guide, Toshiki, who really knows his stuff about the local culture and life here. He took me around to all the good spots and shared some fascinating stories about their history. If you’re looking for a fun way to learn about the area, I definitely recommend him! This tour is great for solo travelers or families wanting to explore together.

Musa is a great and safe driver! He is always on time. He is good with directions and always asks us first where we want to go and willing to provide his best service. We enjoyed our trip because of the convenience of rhe service. We saved a lot of time. Musa is polite and kind, too!

In fact, I was very anxious from the time I placed the order to the day before departure. I had not received the contact information for the chartered car and I read a lot of experience sharing about being released. But luckily, I successfully received the contact information (middleman and driver) the afternoon before departure. The driver was very kind and kind. He helped us communicate with klook when purchasing tickets for the cruise ship and view land. The car provided by klook was also very clean. The overall experience was good and I will use klook's car charter service if I have the opportunity.
