Easy to use, app is simple and provides good info on train routes etc. A bit pricey at first, but you if you don’t have definite plans and prebooked train tickets months before, will recommend getting this to avoid variable prices.

the bus stop is quite easy to locate. terminal 1,2and 3 is in the same area, as soon as you out, head for terminal 3 outside, keep walking about couple of minutes, you should find the stop, ours is stop 14. coach is very spacious and has air con (cool enough but cold), ours took about an hour to arrive termini station. very good value of money. will definitely use again

It's necessary to arrive 20 minutes early because seating is limited and there are no standing tickets. When I went, there was someone selling tickets on-site, and they had a card machine, so I could just swipe my card to get the ticket. There was no need to go to a counter to buy tickets, which was really convenient. However, I had already purchased my tour through Klook in advance, so I had to wait for staff to verify the QR code instead. I took the 9:30 AM bus, but the journey was almost an hour. The return trip was at 4:30 PM, so there was plenty of time for shopping.

Bought the Trenitalia pass on Klook and got my e-ticket instantly. Activation was super easy and the QR code worked at every station from Rome to Venice. Trains were punctual, clean, and comfortable. Having unlimited travel saved me so much vs buying single tickets and let me do spontaneous day trips. Klook’s customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Best way to explore Italy by train!

Very easy to use this service, just come out from terminal and check the boards for which station number the bus is (you just need to know the carrier) and queue up at the assigned station. Your voucher will be scanned, you will be asked which stop you need, and directed which side of the bus to place your items. From there, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. The driver announced each stop loud and clear, and helps to retrieve luggage at the stops. Would recommend if you want a low cost and easy ride after your flight.

Using a rail pass is convenient for travelers who haven't done their research, but most Eurail passes in Italy require mandatory reservation fees, starting from 13 euros per segment. Over the course of a day, the reservation fees alone can add up significantly, making it quite expensive overall.
