Easy to use, app is simple and provides good info on train routes etc. A bit pricey at first, but you if you don’t have definite plans and prebooked train tickets months before, will recommend getting this to avoid variable prices.

The voucher was very easy to use. you could either print it or use the digital copy. The station is just outside the airport and is an easy walk. A bus leaves I think every 20 minutes. So even if you just missed one, the wait is not long.

It's necessary to arrive 20 minutes early because seating is limited and there are no standing tickets. When I went, there was someone selling tickets on-site, and they had a card machine, so I could just swipe my card to get the ticket. There was no need to go to a counter to buy tickets, which was really convenient. However, I had already purchased my tour through Klook in advance, so I had to wait for staff to verify the QR code instead. I took the 9:30 AM bus, but the journey was almost an hour. The return trip was at 4:30 PM, so there was plenty of time for shopping.

From FCO Airport to the Vatican, the bus journey is very convenient. It makes only two stops and runs very smoothly. The fare is only €7 per person. There is also a large luggage compartment available, which is very helpful for travelers with bags. You simply scan the voucher before boarding.

Bought the Trenitalia pass on Klook and got my e-ticket instantly. Activation was super easy and the QR code worked at every station from Rome to Venice. Trains were punctual, clean, and comfortable. Having unlimited travel saved me so much vs buying single tickets and let me do spontaneous day trips. Klook’s customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Using a rail pass is convenient for travelers who haven't done their research, but most Eurail passes in Italy require mandatory reservation fees, starting from 13 euros per segment. Over the course of a day, the reservation fees alone can add up significantly, making it quite expensive overall.

The shuttle bus from Vaticano to Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) was very convenient, punctual, affordable, and safe. The booking process through KLOOK was also very easy and convenient, with reasonable prices and excellent value for money.

After arriving at the airport and going right at the exit, the bus stop was easy to find! The stop at Termini Station was where we got off. Printing out the voucher made boarding smooth. The bus was comfortable and on time. I would like to use it again next time.
