We were picked up from the ferry at Sanur Harbor early in the morning from the SR Coffee Shop. Ari and her team did an excellent job as tour operators, and I am very thankful for them. The trip was a very enjoyable one.

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!

Hello, we embarked on a Mount Batur tour during our Bali trip with high hopes. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky enough that it didn't rain, allowing us to take great photos with wonderful scenery. In particular, we sincerely thank Coco, who provided very satisfactory service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very kind attitude. It was a very meaningful experience to have such an impressive time. If you are traveling to Bali, be sure to apply for the tour and ask for Coco. It will be a choice you won't regret. Everything went okay. Our hotel transfers were smooth and the Buddy the driver was so helpful with information on things around Bali. Ferry transfer for Nusa Penida was a little bit hot and compact. Snorkelling trip was fun even though the waves were crazy high. Our driver and guide Komang for Nusa Penida was great. He showed us around and helped take our pics. All in all, everything was almost smooth (except for the road around Nusa Penida 🤣🤣🤣) and we absolutely had fun. Very recommended!

i booked for my parents this tour in bali and MADE ARSIDI was our guide. He did such a wonderful job bringing them around and taking awesome pictures of them. My parents said he was the best tour guide they have had. We had an amazing time on the sunset Jeep tour. Our Jeep driver, Ahok, was so much fun and incredibly helpful—he proactively offered to take great photos for us without us even asking, and his driving skills made the journey smooth and enjoyable. The views of Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur and Mount Batur at sunset were stunning, and the whole Jeep experience was a highlight. Our transfer driver, Farhan, was also excellent—very flexible with the meeting time and efficient in navigating traffic to get us to each stop quickly. The hotel pickup and drop-off were seamless, which we really appreciated. The coffee farm visit was both informative and fun. We got to sample a variety of coffees and teas, all delicious, and the host was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a perfect option for an afternoon tour. Highly recommend!
