We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person. Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. We had a wonderful experience with this tour! We visited four snorkelling spots and were even lucky enough to see manta rays, which was definitely the highlight of the trip. Our boat guide, Ang was fantastic and went out of his way to help us take photos throughout the tour. The only downside was that the waves were quite strong, which made it a little challenging for complete beginners to snorkelling. A special thank you to Herman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we found the best spots for photos. Beyond that, he was so humble and friendly, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him throughout the trip. He truly went above and beyond, and this 5-star review is especially for him. He absolutely deserves to be recognised and rewarded for his outstanding service. I joined alone, expecting a group tour, but it turned out to be a completely private tour. Only the charter and guide fees were included in the tour, and as expected, the itinerary took us to overpriced tourist spots... 🤣 Unfortunately, the farm we visited on the tour didn't have any civet cats; they had apparently passed away quite a while ago... what a shame! Our guide was Made Arsidi, and he was very friendly and took lots of photos for us ☺️ In the end, it was a good experience!

This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.

Amazing snorkelling day tour with Wayang and his team! Wayang is super friendly, professional, and very attentive — always making sure our safety came first, especially when the water got quite choppy at Manta Bay. The crew handled everything calmly and responsibly, which made us feel well taken care of throughout the trip. Despite the rougher sea conditions, the experience was unforgettable. We were incredibly lucky to spot manta rays, a turtle, and even dolphins all in one day! It was fun, exciting, and truly memorable. Just a small note for anyone considering this tour — the sea can be quite rough at times, so come prepared and listen to the crew’s guidance. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a safe and well-managed snorkelling adventure in Bali!
