Had a wonderful time watching the morning sunrise and then going to the Batur Hot Springs and the Akasa Cafe. Arya was our driver who picked us up right on time and then our jeep driver Jero Merta took us to the sunrise spot. He found a beautiful spot for us to look at the sunrise and clicked some great pictures of us. We visited the Batur hot springs after that which was very refeshing and had a delightful brunch and coffee at Akasa cafe and Arya clicked wonderful, professional photos and reels for us and complied with our requests. Overall wonderfully arranged by Klook and I highly recommend recommend them for your visit to Mt Batur.

it was a fun day. our driver and guide Tesa did a fantastic job. He is an excellent driver with great skills on the worst road possible. All the 4 island we visited was worthwhile and we forgot the potholes that we had to drive on!!

Vi bookede 4 dage/3 nætter, så det var ikke for travlt. Vi var i stand til at se solopgangen ved Bromo & Ijen. Ijen var ikke for nem at bestige, visse områder er stejle. Hvis du vil se både de blå flammer og solopgangen, skal du vandre hurtigt. Vi havde ikke tid til de blå flammer, men det lykkedes os at få en god timelapse af solopgangen. Den lokale guide ved Tumpak Sewu-vandfaldet viser dig alle fotostederne og er god til at tage billeder. Han formåede endda at sammensætte en kort video med baggrundsmusik til os på så kort tid.

Vores guide, Andre, hjalp med at give os en fantastisk første gang i Bali-oplevelse. Han var meget tålmodig og forklarede den balinesiske kultur for os, og vigtigst af alt guidede han os gennem rejsen til det hellige tempel. Han var både en guide og en ven.

Dagens højdepunkt var vores chauffør - Agus. Den dedikerede passion, entusiasme og kundeservice, han udviste, fortjener ikke kun fem stjerner, men 100 stjerner. Jeg ville elske at booke denne tur igen. ATV'en var god, men ikke fantastisk. Bali Bintang Rafting er det mest spændende eventyr indtil videre, et must-try-pakke for Ubud.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience in Nusa Penida! We loved this trip and it definitely deserves 5 stars! The entire organization was excellent, including the transfers between Sanur port and the hotel, both for arrival and departure. Our guide in Nusa Penida was spectacular: very friendly, attentive, and willing to slightly adapt the itinerary to our interests, which we greatly appreciated. Another major highlight was the transportation during the tour. We did the entire route in an electric car, which was extremely comfortable and in much better condition than average. The only negative point was the sea transport. Although we all paid the same ticket price and there were no assigned seats, to use the seats on the upper deck, it was necessary to buy a drink for 50,000 IDR per person. We considered this extra charge exaggerated and unreasonable. Even so, it was a fantastic experience and we totally recommend it! 🌴🌊🇮🇩

We wholeheartedly recommend all atractions and our driver and guide, Yudi! He has extensive knowledge of all the attractions we visited and shares it with genuine passion. He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. His employer should be proud to have such a professional, passionate, and kind person on the team. Thank you for the fantastic time!

Mount Batur and Paperhills Cafe were beautiful! Our driver ADA was very professional, helpful, and also great at taking photos, helping us capture many beautiful moments. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this trip!
