Had a wonderful time watching the morning sunrise and then going to the Batur Hot Springs and the Akasa Cafe. Arya was our driver who picked us up right on time and then our jeep driver Jero Merta took us to the sunrise spot. He found a beautiful spot for us to look at the sunrise and clicked some great pictures of us. We visited the Batur hot springs after that which was very refeshing and had a delightful brunch and coffee at Akasa cafe and Arya clicked wonderful, professional photos and reels for us and complied with our requests. Overall wonderfully arranged by Klook and I highly recommend recommend them for your visit to Mt Batur.

it was a fun day. our driver and guide Tesa did a fantastic job. He is an excellent driver with great skills on the worst road possible. All the 4 island we visited was worthwhile and we forgot the potholes that we had to drive on!!

There's a website with more info of the actual itinerary and what to prepare after booking which was useful. Car is clean and guide is friendly. Booked 4D3N so not too rush. We were able to see the sunrise at Bromo & Ijen. Ijen was not too easy to climb, certain areas are steep. Also if you want to see both blue flames and sunrise you got hike fast. We didn't had time for blue flames but managed to get a good timelapse of sunrise. Local guide at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall directs you to all the photo spots and good at taking photos. He even managed to stitch up a short video with and background music for us in such a short time.

Our guide, Andre, helped providing an amazing first time in bali experience. He was very patient and explained the balinese culture to us, and most importantly he talked us through the journey of sacred temple. He was a guide and a friend.

The most Highlighted Part of the day was Our Driver - Agus . the dedicated passion , spirt of enthusiasm and customer service Satisfaction, not just five stars he deserves 100 Stars . Would love to book this trip again , Atv was good but not great, The Bali Bintang Rafting is the most thrilling adventure so far , must try package for Ubud

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience in Nusa Penida! We loved this trip and it definitely deserves 5 stars! The entire organization was excellent, including the transfers between Sanur port and the hotel, both for arrival and departure. Our guide in Nusa Penida was spectacular: very friendly, attentive, and willing to slightly adapt the itinerary to our interests, which we greatly appreciated. Another major highlight was the transportation during the tour. We did the entire route in an electric car, which was extremely comfortable and in much better condition than average. The only negative point was the sea transport. Although we all paid the same ticket price and there were no assigned seats, to use the seats on the upper deck, it was necessary to buy a drink for 50,000 IDR per person. We considered this extra charge exaggerated and unreasonable. Even so, it was a fantastic experience and we totally recommend it! 🌴🌊🇮🇩

We wholeheartedly recommend all atractions and our driver and guide, Yudi! He has extensive knowledge of all the attractions we visited and shares it with genuine passion. He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. His employer should be proud to have such a professional, passionate, and kind person on the team. Thank you for the fantastic time!

Mount Batur and Paperhills Cafe were beautiful! Our driver ADA was very professional, helpful, and also great at taking photos, helping us capture many beautiful moments. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this trip!
