Extremely convenient. Driver arrived on time and waited for us because we were a few minutes late. But one thing we did not like is that they changed the driver that picked us up back to the hotel without informing. So we were a bit sceptical if we should follow the person back but they clarified once we whatsapped them. Another thing a bit worrying is that the driver uses their phone will driving. However we still continued to book with them again due to convenience.

The transfer service is highly efficient and punctual. The driver provides excellent communication, proactively confirming the pickup time and address the day before the trip. The vehicle arrived exactly on schedule, and the driver was very accommodating, even waiting for us for 15 minutes. The driver will provide their new license plate number and a photo of the car, as the vehicle may differ from the morning transfer. The entire transfer process is easy.

so comfortable just slept the night. so clean and comfortable the toilet is clean and does not smell. hot even picked from my hotel. given the weather it still comfortable few stops to eat.

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

Overall, the driver was careful and responsible, and drove safely to the destination. There was a delay during pickup, probably due to the holiday period, which is understandable. The price was reasonable and within the standard range. One area for improvement would be the responsiveness of the operator, as the trip details were only provided at the last minute.

It was a memorable journey for me. The train left on time and provided us with a scenic view of the ocean and the mountains. We were blessed with good weather so we could enjoy the ocean view along the Hai Van pass to our hearts content. What was more exciting was the food and entertainment on the train. I couldn't help smiling all through the journey. It seems like most tourists come till Lang Co bay only for the sake of the Hai Van pass view as most of them go off at the station there and the train became almost empty. The train stops there for about 10-15 minutes allowing you to get out and take in the view. After that, you get to enjoy the mountains and the town views. The train arrived in Hue ahead of the schedule which was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

My Vietjet flight was originally scheduled to arrive at Da Nang Airport at 17:35, but it was delayed and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 18:30. Fortunately, there weren't any shuttle buses scheduled for that time, and I had already booked the 19:15 time slot (otherwise I would have missed it). I waited at the Highland Cafe next to the meeting point until 19:15. The driver was probably there early but didn't expect me to be so punctual. After I notified Barri Travel via WhatsApp, the driver picked me up within five minutes. Perhaps this time slot is not popular, so the driver drove just for me and took me directly to the hotel. Although we could only communicate in simple English, we were able to converse using translation software. Overall, it was a thoughtful service.

I rode alone. I was picked up around Ante cafe and dropped off there on the way back. There were 2 people x 3 groups besides me, so 7 people in total. The other 6 people besides me got on and off at Rom cafe. The day before and on the day of the tour, they will send you a message with the car number and the schedule for the day. If you wait on time according to that, they will come, but there is zero conversation with the driver, and when you arrive at your destination after boarding, the door opens, so you get off and have free time. Since I was alone, I finished seeing the My Son ruins in about 2 hours, and I had extra time in Hoi An. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't gone to ride the coconut boat. But there are many cafes and restaurants, and the scenery was very beautiful in the evening. It was enough time to look around slowly.
