Ken was great! he was very warm, friendly and gave so much information. he knows where to buy good stuff for very affordable price and knows where to eat very good food. he also made sure no one gets left behind. thank you so much for giving us a wonderful and memorable Taiwan experience.🥰

Our tourguide Iris Lien was ver friendly and engaged, kept up the good spirit despite heavy rain ! The Shifen Old street felt little stressed because of the mass and the lantern ritual, but in general it was a well planned tour :) Personal Highlight was the Cat village

Our tour guide is very friendly and nice , he explained everything to us especially about the leaves and the dream catcher in wulai old street. the scenic view is so beautiful and relaxing if you are nature lover , i’d love to see the local people sitting there enjoying the view and the sounds of the falls some people doing some exercises.The old train is also nice experience though it’s raining that time but its ok. overall the best experience for us.

Very good tour, tour guide was thorough, thoughtful, caring and informative (Ms. Chen?) ½ day was perfect for me. I would have preferred the night tour but I could imagine how busy and crowded it would have been. The daytime tour started with just the right amount of people but as the time passed, it got busier and busier with students from school, other tour groups, etc. The best part is that the tour guide explains just enough and then you're on your own to do whatever you want at your own pace. No need to wait for others, walk in large groups, etc. Highly recommend if you like to do your own thing for the most part.

This was a self-guided tour, so there was no tour guide, but overall it was a great experience! The itinerary was clear and easy to follow, and each stop was enjoyable. Everything was organized well, making it convenient to explore with plenty of time each place. I would definitely recommend this tour my family and friends.

I enjoyed this tour with a small group. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel, which made everything very convenient. In just one day I was able to see so many places—if I had tried to do it on my own using public transport, I would have only managed a few. I recommend this tour. The only part I found less impressive was the Cat Village.

Very interesting tour. With a small group of 3 and a Taxi as our transportation. Feel like a private tour and very flexible. The itinerary is good and relax. The Beer tour is close and raining so it’s a bit disappointed. The tour guide is good and we have a good day out with lots of shoppings 😊
