Shuttle bus schedule:
It was a unique experience, and the afternoon tea was divine. Only downside was the resort itself. We got the impression, as shown in the video and photos, that it was a sizeable resort where we can walk around and enjoy the scenery, before and after our hot bath. It was nothing like that. It's actually just a roadside/riverside building. We started our hot bath at 2pm, had the afternoon tea by 330pm, and left by 430pm since we had nothing else to do there.
easy to locate shuttle bus, just outside family mart of xindian metro station! driver is early and will leave on time too. spa is good, lunch waiting hour is too long.. overall an alright experience.
The bath house was beautiful. Getting there was simple as the driver was waiting just outside the station. The schedule for us to come back was also flexible and the resort catered to us heading back later so we can explore Wulai.
The Osen pool is super big for private use, and the dinner is top notch. I will definitely come again.
Very nice place to chill although the journey from the station to the place is long. Hot spring has a great view of the mountain opposite and the afternoon tea serves a variety of snacks to eat. Really worth it and will plan to come again in the future.
