The store for the Shifen Sky Lantern experience is very easy to spot. The service offered is beyond my expectation and provides excellent value for money. It was a great experience, especially when traveling alone, as the owner of the store offers a complimentary photoshoot and video shoot. A very nice experience indeed.

We had a great lantern experience in Shifen and booked through Happy Lantern. The photos and videos taken by the staff were amazing, we loved every single one of them. They really knew how to capture the best moments. We also appreciated that they let us be the ones to release the lantern ourselves, which made the experience even more special and meaningful. glad i still had the chance to do this activity despite the rain. they are also very helpful in taking photos specially that i was travelling alone. highly recommend you buy this. since it is only one colour, it is cheaper

I went on a beautiful, sunny day. This day trip is one of the best one I have in years! There isn’t a whole lot of walking involved. The bus driver was able to drop us off near the attractions throughout the day. Lots to see and eat. Just make sure to bring more money as many beautiful shops only accept cash. If you get Raymond as your tour guide, simply go for the chicken wings with stuffed stickt rice when he offers to order for you in advance. it’s absolutely delicious! I regret not ordering more!
