Yilan Winery Day Trip (Kavalan Whisky / Jim & Dad's Brewery / Yilan Distillery / Shenkeng Old Street)

Love the kavalan whiskey visit. It was an eye opening trip. The environment was pleasant and the whiskey tasting was lovely. There was sufficient time allocated for it and we had enough time to ask the sales questions to get the whiskeys we wanted. The gelato whiskey are a must try. The craft beer visit was interesting too although i would think the alcohol is a little too much and not to my taste but the experience over fun overall. The view up in the tower overlooking the area is fun though. Taiwan Brewery as the last stop was nice. The place was big and the history of it could be seen. The Shaoxing soaked eggs are also a must try. By this time, i had too much alcohol to be able to try any beer here but the recommendation of the 18 days beer by our influencer tour mate was a wonderful recommendation. The old street was a lovely walk down history too.

Had a great time on this tour! main station was a little confusing but Bratt was very helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in Taiwan drinking and tofu culture

Very interesting tour. With a small group of 3 and a Taxi as our transportation. Feel like a private tour and very flexible. The itinerary is good and relax. The Beer tour is close and raining so it’s a bit disappointed. The tour guide is good and we have a good day out with lots of shoppings 😊

truly enjoyed the Yilan Kavanlan distillery tour. We have always loved the Taiwanese whiskey and make sure we visit the distillery during this visit to Taipei. Our guide Vanness was great and explained the process and schedule. We had enough time at each stop. if I have to make suggestion. I would say allocate a bit more time at the old street.

I originally planned to visit Kavalan, but then I saw this tour on KLOOK and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be fantastic! The driver and tour guide, Mr Michael, was excellent—warm and attentive. The tour was very detailed, the driving was great, and the itinerary was arranged very comfortably. It was an exciting and meaningful trip. If you like whiskey, I highly recommend it!

We did the private tour and it was perfect. Our guide Lin was just amazing. learned a lot about the area, afterwards she helped us find a place to buy local thee. She really went out of her way for us. Kavalan distillery is huge and you get enough time to try all the whiskeys you want. If you like craft and different experimental brews, Jim&dad is a great place to go. I would definitely do the tour again.

Although the weather in Taipei wasn't great today and it was a bit chilly, the tour guide Bratt did his best to arrange activities for the group members, and everyone enjoyed themselves. We finally disbanded at Taipei 101 Tower. Thanks to K Look for the program arrangements. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you.
