I would like to highlight Isa for her professionalism, friendly, caring spirits towards the team. Isa is a Chinese English speaking tour guide. A great tour guide I ever met so far. I truly understand that taking care for the whole team is not easy, but with her experiences and the approachable attitudes, she wins my heart. You will understand better with her wide knowledges about the Switzerland and the mountains. If you have a opportunity please do not forget about to appoint Isa as your tour leader. Long story short, this package is worthy !

No need to worry about transfer problems. The tour leader was also very patient in explaining everything. The mountain train was also arranged well, with a special queue for group tickets, so you don't have to queue up yourself. The only drawback is that the time spent on the mountain is too short, only one hour. And there were a lot of people that day. After queuing to take pictures, there was no time left to slowly enjoy the scenery. It is recommended to gather a little earlier so that you can spend more time on the mountain.

On 7th of October, I went a trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch via Keytours, and I was very satisfied with that.
The weather was also great, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Jungfraujoch 200%!
Especially I really appreciated Yanis, the Best driver & tour guide for his hard work. He took a good care of all the participants all the time. For example, when we came down from the Jungfraujoch, the cable car was broken temporarily. But we were OK because he let us know how we could find another way to come down by train. (People might be in a panic without his support.)
Thank you Keytours & Yanis again, and hopefully see you soon again. :)

we had this tour with our family including 2 kids. thoroughly enjoyed the trip. real highlight of the trip was the tour guide KID. he made tour lively and entertaining.

smooth process, just screenshot the qr code sent by klook, and then upon arrival at the railway station, redeem at the machine, the official ticket will come out. Scan the ticket when you go in or out from each stop. It is not really a priority pass, as when the train comes, everyone will just go in. Official price is CHF 66 with swiss travel pass. But klook is much cheaper with discount voucher

From purchasing tickets to going the top of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and return was very smooth experience. When we arrived at Zermatt we found the green bus station at the back of the train station which brought us to the cable car station. At the station we exchanged the voucher for a real tickets which you tap it to the turnstile when you enter. We didn’t saw completely the Matterhorn though coz it was cloudy with ocassional rain when we visited but still we are happy to see half of it. In total, my family was satified that we experience it.

A wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the facilities were modern and the public amenities were excellent. The food was delicious. Although it's about a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt train station, the hotel offers a free shuttle, which is not a problem. There's a supermarket just 50 meters outside the hotel, and a bus stop across the street. You can see a partial view of the Matterhorn from the room's balcony. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

It was expensive, but worth the money. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool was great. The room was spacious and clean. The reception, shuttle, and pool staff were all friendly and made me feel comfortable. The children's bathrobe and slippers provided in the room made the service feel even more special. I want to go back to this place, which lacks nothing, and I highly recommend it.
