Amazing views of the Matterhorn absolutely breathtaking and worth the experience. Before queuing for the cable car, remember to go to the left side counter to redeem your ticket first, then proceed to the cable car entrance. ease of booking on Klook: Booking through Klook was very smooth and convenient. Confirmation was received quickly, and everything worked perfectly without any issues. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Zermatt.

From purchasing tickets to going the top of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and return was very smooth experience. When we arrived at Zermatt we found the green bus station at the back of the train station which brought us to the cable car station. At the station we exchanged the voucher for a real tickets which you tap it to the turnstile when you enter. We didn’t saw completely the Matterhorn though coz it was cloudy with ocassional rain when we visited but still we are happy to see half of it. In total, my family was satified that we experience it.

The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise is simply breathtaking. Taking the cable car up to 3,883 meters, you're rewarded with panoramic views of over 14 Alpine peaks stretching across Switzerland, Italy, and France. The Glacier Palace — an ice cave carved deep into the glacier — is a magical highlight, with stunning ice sculptures and a surreal blue glow that feels otherworldly. I booked the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise trip at the last minute on Klook…the lowest price available and a very easy app to use and the instructions for the trip were easy to follow. the trip itself was brilliant albeit there was extreme cloud cover at the very top. all in all a very enjoyable experience.

The instruction was not very clear. We actually need to change the voucher at the cable car station. The ride was great and Matterhorn is magnificent!

Recommended 👍🏻. Just follow the simple instructions. Take a train to Zermatt and then take the free bus to the gondola station (the last stop). Exchange your klook voucher at the ticket counter. Come early to avoid long queue. The view was amazing. Thank you klook 👍🏻👍🏻

Had to get actual physical tickets at manual ticketing counter which was quick as it was empty. Ticket for below 8 year old child is provided free of cost at this counter. Ticket required for everyone as it is swipped to open turnstiles at various points. We got sunny and couldy weather but thankfully no rains. Overall, very good experience.
