Jungfraujoch and Interlaken Day Tour by Glass Roof Bus

On 7th of October, I went a trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch via Keytours, and I was very satisfied with that. The weather was also great, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Jungfraujoch 200%! Especially I really appreciated Yanis, the Best driver & tour guide for his hard work. He took a good care of all the participants all the time. For example, when we came down from the Jungfraujoch, the cable car was broken temporarily. But we were OK because he let us know how we could find another way to come down by train. (People might be in a panic without his support.) Thank you Keytours & Yanis again, and hopefully see you soon again. :)

The meeting point is at the Bus Station. There will be many companies departing on that day. Just ask (show the phone screen). If it is the correct company, the name of the order will be there, so it won’t be difficult to find. The trip was very good. The tour guide will help you buy the cable car ticket (201 francs is already included in this package) and tell you what time to take the cable car down the mountain. Basically, there is enough time and you can take pictures of various attractions (the classic Swiss flag). The temperature on the mountain in early February was -14 degrees, so remember to wear snow-grade equipment. We will stay in Interlaken later, so we will have enough time to explore the local area. The tour guide is great and will use WhatsApp to contact everyone, but the tour guide will not take the cable car up. Just take a quick look at other people's sharing introductions and you can collect every bit of fun. I highly recommend this trip.

Only two of use departed from Geneva. So the bus driver drive us to meet up with others from Zurich. Great experience.

I was with a group tour, but the driver didn't go. I was told I had a priority ticket, but without any explanation, it wasn't actually priority. But, I'm glad I was able to go to the Top of Europe. I sent a postcard from the Japanese post office.

Highly recommended itinerary! The price is also very reasonable. Although some of the tour guides will not accompany us to the Jungfraujoch, he still waited for us for a whole day. The glacier of the Jungfraujoch is really spectacular! Going up to see it once will be a memory of a lifetime!

It was difficult to tell which bus was ours; a slightly larger logo would have made it easier. The guide tried very hard to explain everything, but I wondered how I would get down the mountain if I felt unwell. I wish there had been more information about what "English assistant only" meant, so I could have been better prepared. By the way, the assistant didn't go up the mountain with us; they just gave us tickets and instructions, telling us to go and come back on our own, and that they'd provide a phone number. Despite this uncertainty, the weather was good, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Our guide and driver Ioannis provided excellent service all throughout the trip. But Jungfrau Top of Europe itself is underwhelming. It is chaotic and over crowded and the facilities are disappointing given the expensive price for the package. I enjoyed the Lucerne and Mt Titlis tour offered by Klook more. The Mt Titlis Tour is cheaper and the facilities are better especially if you like to experience snow outdoor.

I was completely amazed! I never expected such an extraordinary experience. Everything was just flawless, and the driver was exceptionally kind. We traveled from Zurich to Jungfrau, and even got to take the cable car!

The departure point from Lausanne is convenient, and the package includes cable car and train tickets. The tour guide is very professional and knowledgeable, and also helps with taking photos.
