Easy and hassle free booking through KLOOK. Just be at the meeting point before the scheduled time. The trip is very interesting and worthy even though it is a long ways on the bus. But, we enjoyed walking through the amazing Pompeii archeological site and later enjoyed nice view of the city of Sorento.

The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, and the timing was well-managed. Pompeii is really big, and without a guide, you really wouldn't know what you're looking at. Taking the bus directly to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius saves you the trouble of arranging your own transportation, making it very worthwhile.

We've had a great time exploring the amalfi coast and pompeii thanks to the wonderful team consist of mery the super duper energetic and knowledgeable tour guide, victor brown (as they call him) for our skillful driver and the lady we had for our trip exploring pompeii ruins. Mery told us history of the place and even gave us recommendations for the food, what to do and where to go in Napoli. Thanks Mery!

I thought the "I Love Roma" sign was a large landmark, so I kept asking around and walking around trying to find it. Later, the tour leader suddenly ran over and asked for my name. I thought his eyesight was very good. Then I asked him where the "I Love Roma" sign was, and he said it was on the little flag on his back! 😆 Both the driver and tour leader were named Marco, and they were both very nice. Unfortunately, the distance from Rome to Pompeii is too far, and most of the time is spent in transit, but it is very suitable for people who just want to see the main attractions.

Our tour guide Jasmine is super. very knowledgable, very considerate and an excellent guide. Patrizia is also an excellent guide. Thumbs up for this tour, it’s a must in Naples!

Transport pick up and drop off save us the hassles! Meet up point very easy to find and few staff were assisting for groupings. Tour guide Anna is fabulous, professional and full of humor! Can't even believe she could work the full day with us given her age. She didn't even look tired at all. Ongoing speaking and introducing most of the areas we drove pass in Rome before getting onto highways. Very acknowledgable and informative! Same as Luigi, a tour guide took over us only for Pompeii archaeology site visit but he is also a genius regardless of his age! No problem with listening to his English with minimal Italian accent. Full of story telling of the ancient Pompeii. Lunch included was a three-course meal in Italian restaurant. One large size of Margarita Pizza was served for each person as the main course. Most of us couldn't finish and needed to takeaway the leftover! It is a must join tour for Rome trip!

As the reviews mentioned, it's possible to board at the bus stop near Naples Central Station, and you can get off at the same place when disembarking. You can get to Pompeii quickly and conveniently, and the driver was also friendly, making it a great experience.

not sure if he’s a real archeologist but for a beginner, it’s def a refreshing lesson! Learn some history of mt Vesuvius before going for the trip. There’s food but may be hard finding seats. 6 hrs is not enough to view the whole site.
