From 2 November: Travel directly from Rome to Pompeii for a longer and more immersive visit of approximately 2.5 hours. Explore the ruins, frescoes, and public spaces independently or with a licensed guide before returning to Rome.

The guides are very professional and helpful. The bus can be cleaner, and we could have spent more time in Pompeii so it would not feel rushed. I didnt see the photos they showed in the site as advertised.
Great itinerary, the tour guide was also very good, everything went smoothly, the Pompeii commentator's explanation was also very detailed and perfect, and the pizza in the Chinese restaurant was also delicious.
The price is more expensive, but with bus transfers and guided tours, it is well worth it. If you visit by yourself, you really won’t be able to understand it very well.

The start of the tour was ok. Get reminder for the trip. However, upon reaching Pompeii. we realised we did not have the “Skip the line” tickets and was made to queue 3 hours (10am - 1pm) under the hot sun. And the guide didn’t give a detailed explanation but just mentioned complicated issue. Eventually Sorrento trip was cancelled as well. The guide did make up for the free lunch and promised their company will make some compensation though they did not mentioned what’s the refund value.
The meeting time and place were constantly changed from a week before the trip, and the time and place were only confirmed the night before the trip. We bought the "skip-the-line tour", but when we arrived, the tour guide said there were no tickets available and we had to queue on site, which lasted from 10:30 to 13:00 in very hot weather! ! Because of the long delay, all subsequent trips were cancelled! It is really infuriating. We gathered from 6:45 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening. The time for traveling abroad is precious, but the whole day was wasted! !
