Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius Day Tour from Naples or Sorrento

Guides were very good on this tour and it’s a full on itinerary with 2 hours guided walking in Pompei followed by climbing Vesuvious. Lunch was extra but reasonably priced. Quite expensive tour despite tickets being included but overall very enjoyable. More importantly if you only have limited time then this tour will tick off these 2 must do attractions with the minimum of effort.

The Pompeii tour was excellent thanks to fantastic guide Francesca, super funny and knowledgeable. Isabella was a great guide overall and very punctual. Giaucomo was an excellent driver that navigated the roads of Mt Vesuvius well. Overall great tour!

An amazing and well-organized tour! Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius were absolutely incredible, and the experience was made even better by our guides, Daniela and Carmela (I hope I got the names right). it was super worth it to book. we really had fun and we enjoyed the travel. especially the Pompeii the history was amazing the tour guide was amazing.

The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, and the timing was well-managed. Pompeii is really big, and without a guide, you really wouldn't know what you're looking at. Taking the bus directly to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius saves you the trouble of arranging your own transportation, making it very worthwhile.

I would say everything was perfect but the weather lol. I gave one star less for value for money as I thought this was a little too expensive considering there’s a lot of DIY options now if you’re travelling from Naples to Pompeii to Vesuvius. But it was nice all in all as we sisn’t have tl think about all of that anymore for this experience.

I really enjoyed the day everything went well our guide Isabella and our driver were very good they were very charming and very attentive we felt really good with them we had a guide in Pompeii Max and he was very knowledgeable and very interesting! we had the choice of having dinner by ourselves or going to a Zeus restaurant near the exit but I strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant very rude service no smile food below average! the price may seem interesting but it was bad! otherwise very nice activity our guides made the experience unforgettable!

Exploring two Pompeii and hiking up Vesuvius from Naples city centre is a great convenience. I enjoyed the entire day, which included so many insights and walking!

The itinerary was well-arranged. Going to Pompeii early in the morning meant there were few people, so we could really enjoy the ancient city. It's a pity that the guided tour was only two hours long, covering only a small part of it. But the guide spoke very well. Lunch cost about 20 euros. The afternoon hike was about two hours, along a single path there and back. Although not long, it was quite steep, but you can definitely reach the top if you walk slowly.

The explanation of Pompeii is very detailed, and it is not very clear if you don't listen to the explanation. When climbing the volcano, we were given free time to decide how high we wanted to climb.
