The entire activity lasts a little over 2 hours (not including changing clothes afterward). After everyone gathers, you'll receive your equipment (helmet, life jacket, shoes, inner tube?). Before getting in the water, the staff will position themselves in the river before we start floating. Because the staff needs to get into position first, we'll need to get out of the water and wait periodically. The staff will assist with taking photos, but if I go again, I would probably choose to bring my own phone + waterproof case.

Safety: The instructors were very diligent in ensuring safety. However, the stream near the waterfall was quite rapid, and I almost got swept away 😿. I hope the instructors can pay more attention to this in the future and keep people closer to the shore. Experience: Overall, it was super fun! We got to experience the lazy river, cliff jumping, and see the waterfall. Plus, we got photos, which made it worth the price 😻. The instructors were also very helpful in pointing out where to find the photos 👍🏻. Facilities: The bathrooms were large, had hot water and hair dryers, and there were enough of them, so we didn't have to wait too long 🫶🏻. Instructors: Thank you for your attention to detail and dedication. You made our vacation very enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work! Also, thank you for waiting and calling to remind us that the location was in Nan'ao, we almost went to the wrong place 🫠🫠.

I originally thought this DIY cooking experience would be challenging, but to my surprise, the store had already prepared the dough for us 😧. All we had to do was poke, knead, flatten, and use the tools to press out our desired shapes, and finally sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese powder 🧀. There's no limit to the amount – just fill up the whole sheet! The entire process only took about 10 minutes 🤣. I recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new but doesn't want to put in too much effort 😍.

Thank you for the thoughtful arrangements that allowed us to interact with locals, taste unique local snacks, and prepare small refreshments. It was a great experience. This is a highly recommended cultural experience that includes conversation with different locals, tastes of Yilan, and hands-on activities.

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

I was very satisfied with my trip from Banqiao to Jiaoxi on the Kamalan Bus! The reservation process was simple and convenient, the seats were comfortable and spacious, and the driver drove smoothly and arrived on time. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was just right, making the entire journey very comfortable. The price was reasonable, making it easier and more environmentally friendly than driving myself. The customer service staff were friendly and patient in answering questions. Overall, it is a good choice for traveling between Taipei and Yilan. I will choose this service again for my next trip and recommend it to friends who need to travel between Taipei and Yilan!

First time using self-service bike rental and return... Although the process was a bit sticky at first (don't scan the QR code on the right side of the entrance, scan the one pasted after going straight in), I found it very convenient once I got the hang of it, especially the return. Because I needed to return the bike earlier than service staff were working... self-service return gave me a lot more freedom in terms of time.

We chose to cook hot spring food at Qingshui Geothermal Park, Make scallion bread & buy souvenirs at Chumi Family Farm, Admire the larch trees & Anong Creek at Tianxin Bridge in Sanxing Township, Visit Meihua Lake in Dongshan Township for sightseeing, Along the way, he also took us to the Shiqiu Tiemalang Trail Observation Deck (Dafu Observation Deck) to view Guishan Island from afar, and we were able to touch the fine black sand & watch the waves on the Yilan coast.
