- The farm grounds are mostly gravel. If entering with a wheelchair or stroller, please ensure a companion is available to assist.
- Pet holding areas are available in the restaurant area. Animals roam freely inside the park, so pets are not allowed inside the park.
- There are no restrooms within the farm area. To avoid disrupting your experience, please use the restrooms in the restaurant before entering the farm area.
- Please follow the instructions of on-site staff, and parents should pay attention to the safety of their children.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

The children had a wonderful time. For those celebrating a birthday this month, the amount of hay for feeding animals is doubled, and they also receive a birthday sticker to wear. The staff wished them a happy birthday and were very kind to the animals. Highly recommended!

The staff here are incredibly warm and friendly, and they all love animals. They were very enthusiastic and patient with us. The animals here are also very well cared for; their living environment is clean and odor-free. The animals are very close to the staff, and with their guidance, we learned how to interact with them. Both adults and children had a wonderful time.

There were many staff members, and the environment was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The children had a wonderful time feeding the sheep, guinea pigs, capybaras, and birds.

The environment at Hui-Tsao Farm is clean with little to no odor. The animals are friendly and approachable, and the kids had a blast. However, it gets really hot in the summer! If I have the chance, I'd like to visit again when the weather is cooler.

The farm isn't big, but the animals inside are super cute, which is therapeutic. The employees with the animals are very friendly, but the lady at the beverage counter wasn't very nice, like we owed her money, and she lacked patience.
