Buying tickets with Klook was super smooth and convenient as they had a dedicated lane at the entrance. The tickets were cheaper compared to other platforms, making the experience not only fun but also great value for money. We spent the entire day from 11am to 11pm at the theme park and kids truly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended for family and kids :)

The best location for self retreat. The place was quiet and peaceful. The food was so good. Had a good sleep after the visit. Will visit again.

a must go itinerary if you are in the area.. the cave exploration allows us to go deep inside to learn more about cave formation, limestones etc. we chosen stage 2 for dry exploration , and you can opt for stage 4 for deeper and wet exploration. a special show out to our guide Awa, she is very friendly, always reminding us to take note of the steps.. and she is very knowledgeable about the cave and can fee her passion/heart for what she is doing.. we had a great time with her being our guide and we definitely enjoy the whole time of exploration and learning. may try stage 4 the next time

My family had an excellent time with Riverbug Perak! Their service delivery is top notch from start to end from WhatsApp enquiries to the actual physical activity! We had an amazing guide Neyo, who was our whitewater rafting and caving guide. He was patient and handled my loquacious 10 year old boy asking him endless questions even whilst we were battling the rapids 😆 Neyo was also very thorough in his explanation when we went caving and I was duly impressed to find out about the history and science facts about Gua Tempurung. Thanks Neyo! The facilities and food spread at Riverbug Perak has exceeded all expectations and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! 🥳I recommend that Riverbug Perak ground staff do TikTok Live to show the world how the caving experience and whitewater rafting is carried out, this will definitely generate more footfall to this gorgeous place! ✨💯

Thank you to our guide, "CK TAN," for leading us on a wonderful day trip to Ipoh. Throughout the day, "CK TAN" was friendly and easy to talk to, making us feel completely comfortable. He made the historical explanations interesting. The bean sprout chicken he recommended for lunch was delicious, and the stroll down the souvenir street followed by the dessert, Funny Mountain Soya Bean, was fantastic. On the way back, he even recommended a delicious Klang Bak Kut Teh for a great dinner. Thank you, tour guide, for the wonderful day!

It was a very memorable tour. They were very helpful, even letting me know the flowering status the day before the tour. It had rained the day before, so the ground was slippery and there were many leeches, but the guide provided excellent support. I was able to see the Rafflesia without any problems. For anyone going on this tour in the future, I highly recommend wearing long socks!

Having Ram as our guide in the Cameron Highlands was an absolute treat. He picked us up right on time and took us first to the stunning Mossy Forest — truly a magical place. Then we visited a beautiful tea plantation, a lovely garden, explored a local market, and even got to try the region’s unique strawberry coffee.
Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and tailored to what we wanted to see. Ram was a great conversationalist, an excellent driver, and incredibly professional throughout the day.
We’d definitely book with him again! 😊
