Reviews
Great experience for the whole family and guides were friendly and informative. Cafes and the shop had great food and souvenirs to buy. Have to try the soft serve ice cream. Highly recommended for the whole family 👍🏽
A great things to do when you come to Ipoh and special place in heart for someone who loves nature
very good, beautiful scenery , fresh air, good smell of agarwood. The agarwood ice cream was very nice, very recommended !
A good place to relax. Great scenery with captivating views
This is not a true tour, you are purchasing a shuttle van ticket, which can also be bought at the entrance. The shuttles run approximately every 15 mins, looping through the stops shown in the itinerary. The drivers mostly speak Malay and aren't really there to provide commentary, but there are information signs in Malay, English, and Chinese at each location to provide in-depth info. Also to note, Gaharu or agarwood is used for a herbal tea, and that is what you will find here, not tea trees. It is a beautiful place with wonderful views, though, and there are hiking trails of varying lengths available, as well as some fun artwork and history. I wish we had better understood what the place was before going, as we would have liked to spend more time walking the trails and enjoying the cafe. Overall, an interesting experience for those who enjoy nature, local history, or herbal medicines.
very chill and relaxing tour, after end of tour and sunny weather, can had to the souvenir store to get some ice cold tea/ice cream & some shopping for self or for friends/families
nice place to visit especially in morning, cool weather, good experience drives
Small-ish tea plantation that’s close to central Ipoh with a tea that’s meant to be very beneficial for health. 69 myr for 25 sachets of tea is the minimum size for souvenir.
A different view of Ipoh at the tea valley. Though mostly trees and different from Cameron highlands tea plantation. Interesting exhibition on the health benefits within the shop. Might be difficult to get a grab when leaving the valley so make advance arrangements.
Friendly staff. Interesting van tour. Nice place to visit with a lovely gift shop. Delicious ice cream.
